i been living in my unit for 16 years the previous tenants had on side laundry installed with permission of the owner. when we moved in the owner agreed to let us use the washer and dryer installations with the condition of us providing our own washer and dryer. with the owner being deceased new ownership was passed down to her sister.Now up for sale the owners AGENT not the owner herself has asked for the laundry to be taken out and put outside for the rest of the tenants to use. this i believe its not right for we rented this apratment with the condition of providing own laundry. is it legal and where can i go to find help or info on my right with a problem like this.

i'm taking my boys on a trip to mexico and my boyfriend got a notarized letter granting me permission to take the boys out of the country except that the notarized guy just put the name of one child and i leave tonight the place is already closed. i called the guy and he said to just write in the name of our other child. do you think i should have a problem?

and since we are flying from LAX i was wondering if i was allowed to take such things like unopened peanut butter for my kids to eat when we arrive. and any ideas to keep them calm during a night flight?

i ordered a costume for my sons halloween party from world-costume.com and i keep trying to track the order but it says paypal incomplete order pending but yet it was already charged from my card what can i do??? i need help......
