  • Why do all the atheists on Yahoo! Answers not just respect Christians?

    I mean, if you think that you will have no punishment after death, ok, but you guys have no reason to be discouraging kindness and basic human decency. The message of Jesus was that you can be forgiven, and to love all. Is that really a bad message. Also, if there is a 50/50 chance that there either is or isn't a God, wouldn't it just make sense to believe in him, as there is no negative effect to believing in God, right?
