I recently noticed that my FEMALE cat Daisy is trying to pee or poop but can't. She is an outdoor cat and is spayed but she has had kittens before (4 males who are now 6 months). I saw her get into a fight with the big tom cat in our neighborhood. He got a good hit at her side and she got his face. I found the tom's claw tangled in her fur. He is a feral tom. Do you think she got scratched and he might've passed some sort of disease to her and now it's causing her to not be able to pee or poop? She's stil eating and drinking and acting normal, she just can't urinate or poop. Please help.

Why does my cat meow when I pet her? It's like she's talking to me I say "Hello sweetie" and she meows over and over happily back at me. Is she saying "keep petting me" or just meowing? Also whenever I stand up after petting her and walk away she follows right under my feet and tries to bite them, when I stop walking she does bite them! It's not a hard bite but is this her way of saying "Don't leave keep petting me!" ??? It isn't over induced aggression so please don't say that. Thank you!

I treated my cat but if I hadn't would my kitty have gotten sick or died? What effect do they have on a cat besides taking nutrients and coming out their feces ?

My neighbor is trapping cats and isn't home right now and the cat is meowing and very stressed. I think they are TNRing but if they aren't watching there traps responsibly can I just let the poor kitty go? Will they call the cops or something? Is there a law? Can I let him go?

Several months ago I noticed that a cat from the feral colony I feed named Dixie hadn't been coming around anymore. I've been worried for awhile always checking to make sure the shelter didn't take her (she is ear tipped) but you can't do much when a feral goes missing. :( But just the other day I was walking my dog and I saw another of my feral cats, Patchy, sitting in the neighbors window. I noticed bowls on her porch and I know she feeds the cats too. Then 2 nights later there she was, Dixie was sitting in that same window! Now I'm am very upset about this not only because I love these cats they are like my own but also, it just seems a bit cruel to me for her to think she has ownership over these cats and that she can just shut them up inside her house! These kitties are VERY feral and several years old. They are used to running wild and now they only get a glimpse of outdoors through the window, not to mention they are probably terrified and living in fear and confusion! I figured everyone just knows it's common sense you can't lock up a FERAL kitty inside your house! This woman isn't the most open minded person not to mention she's a little bit .... just unkind. She thinks TNR is in humane and that the traps are cruel and scare the kitties! Now she's also locking up MY babies in her house! I don't want to have to have to ask her to let them go because she probably won't even open the door to talk. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!? DO YOU AGREE THIS IS WRONG ?!?! A LITTLE CRUEL!!?!?
