Toner For Blonde Hair?
I am looking for a toner for my hair.
My hair has been highlighted but in time slight brassiness comes through, I have usually had my hair toned in the past whilst living in Edinburgh, however I now live in France and my hairdresser doesn't seem to bother with toners.
I want to achieve a pale creamy blonde colour. I will be buying the toner from Sally's in the UK, so I would be very grateful if someone could advise on what number I should be buying and the best brand to go for and also what percentage of developer to mix it with, I currently have 30% and 40%, if you think I should mix two different numbers together to achieve a creamy colour let me know that too.
Any professional advice would be very much appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
1 AnswerHair9 years agoDoes anyone know of any shops in Edinburgh that sell cat ears?
I've been to many of the costumes shops and they only seem to have cat masks, which is not really what I'm after. Anyone have any ideas?
1 AnswerFashion & Accessories1 decade agoPeriod lasting for 3 weeks so far?
Hi,
I'm 24 years old and my period started off normal this month, its not generally very heavy, i dont really get bad stomach cramps, just little ones hear and there and lasts for on average 5 days. However, this time is has lasted for almost 3 weeks, its not very heavy at all, just sort of spotting, but it is very irritating as I have to use a tampon everyday as I dont really like to use towels. I'm currently on the pill and have been for about 5 years now and I have never had this problem before.
I'm going to make a doctors appointment but just wondered if anyone could shed some light on the situation.
Any help greatly appreciated!
Thanks
