A mother is on a committee for Autism Fund-raising, for her son, who is Autistic. The father is using the fact that his son is Autistic to exploit and raise money and get signatures and parties from Playgirls/ the Playboy mansion.

The father is not on any committee or in any charity or organization for Autism, or any charity, for that matter. The mother is the only one raising the money legally. The father is not planning on using the autographs, parties, or monetary donations for the Autism committee and group, but for his own personal gain.

How would you go about catching this person legally and charging them with using an organization to receive illegal donations?

This is in the State of Ohio.

Yesterday at about 1230 a man called me in response to my Craigslist ad stating he would sell me his Blackberry Storm. I bought it from him at about 345/400, and later that night I tried to activate it. The lady from Verizon told me it was reported stolen.

I went in to the Verizon store to tell them the story and once I verified all of the information on the account (because the guy who sold it to me gave me all his info), they said that it looked like he sold it to me, had it reported stolen at 300 and met me around 400, most likely to collect on the insurance.

Is this something I can report to the police, or some sort of authority, so they can find him and figure out what is going on? I sent messages to the number he called me from but they claim they don't know him and called me several nasty names once I told them Verizon suspected them of fraud.

I do not like having this phone without being able to use it, and DEFINITELY don't like having it knowing the guy sold it to me in an attempt to collect on insurance. If someone knows something I can do to get this person reported, please let me know. Thanks.

I got bit sometime last night. I have a large, lumpy red bite on my right shoulder, it's very sore and at first I thought it was a bra strap digging into me, but I reached back and felt the bite immediately.

I live in Nevada, and we have black widows and brown recluses out here, as well as small scorpions. I don't believe it was a scorpion, but it could have been a spider.

Does anyone have a picture of a brand new spider bite from a black widow or brown recluse? I Googled it but only came up with pictures of what it looks like untreated. If this is serious I want to be able to take care of it, but I don't have health insurance so I can't just run to the nearest emergency room to have it looked at.

I downloaded it because I wanted to try it to see if it did really create life-like paintings, but it totally confuses me and I don't know where to begin. What are the basic functions for taking a photograph and making it look like a painting?

I have asthma, but in a different sense than some people. I have a lung capacity of only 60%, and my asthma is only a problem when it is hot outside (or inside for that matter). When I run and it's a cool 70 degrees with a nice breeze, I can run pretty far, but when it is hot I get severe chest pains and start wheezing really bad. I haven't had an attack since I was in Basic Training, and I don't have an inhaler anymore. What should I do if I have an attack? Is there an easy exercise I can do to help my asthma any? I hate feeling like five minutes on a treadmill is torture in hell :\

I am a pro photographer. I use Adobe products including Lightroom, Bridge, and Photoshop, and use a lot of RAM when running all the products together, so I need something that can run all three programs with ease. I also need a big screen, because I will sometimes be in the field and not in the studio where I can hook up to the big monitor; this means I will need something I can calibrate correctly too. I also need something that can fit into my budget.

I have never had a Mac before. I am only looking at a Mac for the compatibility with Adobe and it's ability to work well with photos. Anyone have any suggestions? Please leave details on why you think what you picked would be good. Thanks!!

I am living in Las Vegas Nevada, and I need to transport a kitten from Columbus, Ohio, to Las Vegas. Is there an easy/affordable way to do this? My problem is, I cannot afford a round trip for me/one way for my kitten, so flying to get her and flying back isn't really an option. Is there a service that does this for cheap (cheap as in less than $500, NOT anything outrageous like $1700), or an easy way to ship her here?
