considering the parable of the sower how doese one become good soil?

sitting in a cold and lonely cell,the judgment past down DEATH by Crucifixion,to be beaten whipped and nailed naked to a cross gasping for every little breath! as i looked back on my life i knew i was guilty all the party's,drunkenness,every sick sexual desire fulfilled,murdering,and stealing whatever i could.causing trouble,doing drugs,running around like the only thing that mate red was me!YES i know i am guilty and more than deserve my fate! sitting in the cell waiting only for the executioner,0 hour the bell for me was about to toll.when at the last moment a voice called out and spoke YOU are free!someone else will be taking your place! is this a joke?some twisted lie?who would be crazy enough to want to die?i had to know just had to see who was the one that wanted to die for ME?as i looked in HIS eyes right then i knew this man was not crazy just full of LOVE FOR ME!the bible doesn't tell us much about Barabbas,so i Guess the real question is HOW DO YOU FEEL about what He did for YOU??

it seems to me that his Friends had some good things to say,yes i know that Job did not sin and his friends kept saying he must have,besides this error they did say some wise things to him,why then did God dismiss there conversations?

i have a problem with smoking! i dont want to.i have been a smoker for menny years.i have quit so mwnny times i am tired of counting God has delivered me from so menny horable things it seems that this would be the simple one.yet everytime i say i'm over it i go and get more! how do you memorize verses? i read the Word everyday and i know quite a few verses,but i could not tell you the book,chapter or verse,i long to serve the Lord and only want to be more efective please help!!!!

Are we to realy live the way Jesus did?what i mean is this! when He befreinded prostitutes,liers,murderers,swindlers,the sick,the poor...

are we to actualy do the same? Did He realy mean that we should turn the other cheek if someone hits us? was He kidding when He said to give to anyone who asks of you? did he honestly mean if someone wants you to walk a mile with them that we should realy go 2 miles?was He seriouse when He said we are not to judge others? that we realy should love those that hate us? i must confess that the answer i already know is yes.just some things to think about as you go through your daily lives,there is far to much of the opposit going on with christians today.so i encourage you all stay strong in the word of the Living God and DO WHAT JESUS DID!! God promised the nation of israel that if they kept His laws they would be first and not last,blessed coming and going.....,God promised jerimiah that He knew the plans He had for his life for a future and a hope! Jesus promised peter that whatsoever he bound on earth would be bound in heaven and whatever he loosed on earth would be loosed in heaven. my question is this as a christian and a gentile what promises may we claim?and can you tell me where in the bible i can see your answer? thank you and God bless you all

how can a "book" writen thousands of years ago cause so much controversy,wars hate,and distruction.be wrong?how can a "book writen by 20+diferent people with 20+diferent personalitysover the span of a 1000+years(making it imposible for them to even have a clue about one another)and yet they all tell the verry same things.GOD loves man!!!!!and how verry much,God is just,honorable,true,and above all HOLY!!! there may seem to be contradictions,but if you read it in contex it all fits together! for ex...the laws of the old testament-the sermon on the mount,the profocies-the birth,life,death,and resurection of Jesus! the bible says that there will be hatersof the light, false prophets,people that spread evil...now look at this world and even people who come to R&S to do just that! and all over a "book"that teaches only LOVE how can the BIBLE be wrong?? IT"S NOT!!!!
