My dermatologist has put me on 20,000 IU of Vitamin A each day for acne, and I'm seventeen. I was wondering if there are any major risks due to this daily intake. My general doctor has been pursuing that I not take it, but by dermatologist insisted that I should. Also, I am 5'9'' and my doctor said I'm still growing; I was wondering if the vitamin A has an effect on growth

ok i know this doesn't really fit in with the traditional music question but I really need help...!!!

My history teacher asked me if I could put Metallica's Ride the Lightning album on a flash drive and give it to him (to put on his itunes.) I purchased the album from the iTunes store and when I put it on the flash drive, it said the files were protected. I put the songs on my other computer (which is older and has an old iTunes) and it said I needed to authorize that the songs could be played on that computer. Please.... is there any way I can solve this?
