Alright. So, I'm moving up to Oregon. My registration and insurance is paid up in California until next May. Can I wait until all that expires before registering in Oregon? And is it okay to drive around with my California license for that long? I was thinking of just getting an ID at the DMV and keeping my Cali license... I'm totally lost on this, as I have never moved out before, let alone out of the state. Please help, and sorry if these are idiotic questions!!

I answered a question on a rather controversial subject (at least to me) to the best of my ability. The question I answered was riddled with misinformation and horrendous grammatical errors. While I admit that my response was harsh and most likely rude, it was honest and factual and it was my opinion. It seems I hit a tender nerve in my quest to instill the art of intelligent opinion onto this person.

The asker attacked me personally in her additional comments, looked at my questions and formulated assumptions about my knowledge of the English language, and attempted to flout the credibility of a point I made with an out of date online publication she discovered.

I understand that this is an open forum and my feelings aren't hurt by any means. I know no one on Yahoo!Answers but myself. I am just curious about how other people would feel in this sort of situation.

Are honesty and fact the most important things in an argument, or the tone of your argumentative words?
