Any time I try to connect to my schools wireless network in my windows 8.1 computer, the network just says "identifying..." and after a while it just says its an unidentified network and it wont allow me to connect the internet. I have no problem with my windows 7 laptop, nor have I seen anyone else with this issue. How do I fix this?

I put an iPod touch 4th gen on guided access at work, and now whenever I go to enter the code to back out of it, nothing gets entered in the passcode boxes! The screen works, and I can see that I'm touching he keys, but still nothing is working. How do I fix this?

I just bought and set up a new Netgear N300 Wireless router, and I can't access the internet with it. It is the same type of router as our last one that we had no problem with, and my roommates can get on the internet with it, so I don't think it's a problem with the router. I can connect to the signal, but then it shows up as a public network with no access. Usually my computer will ask me to identify the signal, (Home, Work, or Public) but it doesn't ever do that. Is there a way to make it? I'm running Windows 7

Ok, my mom bought me an iPod Touch 4G at the flea market a few days ago, but forgot the password to it. So I've been trying to restore it, but every tutorial I watch doesn't work for me. They always say to plug it into a computer and open iTunes, but when I do it says that I need to put in a password to synch it. So I turn it off and I hold the power and home button for 5-10 seconds, then let go of the power button once I see the apple, but continue to hold the home button. This is where it messes up. Instead of showing that it is connected to the computer and going to restore mode, it just turns back on and shows the home 'charging' screen. How do I reset it? I don't care about losing data, I just want to use it.
