if we try to print an image that's even slightly too big for one piece of paper, or even sometimes one that IS small enough, the printer still moves the image over a third, or maybe even half the page and then proceeds to print the image on usually somewhere between two and four SEPARATE sheets.

is there any way to prevent it from doing this? it would be wonderful to print pictures bigger than my hand on one sheet of normal-sized paper *GASP*, and to not waste so much paper in the process. so is there any way to... scale the image to the size of the paper, or something?

It's from a CD cover (Fifth Season by Samhain), and i (rather quickly, by the way) edited out the logo and album title. Google Images and TinEye aren't showing me anything, and i'm just curious where they got this.

I was resting a bit, and while I had my eyes closed, I saw a nebula. The question is, is it a real known space object? Or is it something I dreamt up?

The white thing seemed to be a star (as it looked much more like one in the vision than in the illustration.) The black things were some sort of space rocks.

This is far from the first time I've seen things in situations like this, but something compelled me to research further into this one. Any help is welcome. Thanks.

I went to "Programs and Features", but not everything I want to uninstall is on there. For example, I want to uninstall "Windows DVD Maker", but that's not in the list. How do I go about uninstalling these things without Programs and Features?

I could have sworn I heard about this somewhere, but it's not ringing any bells or pulling anything up in searches: Are there any animals that growl and/or... I don't know, "snap their jaws" at things (do a biting motion)? Like, right in their face? I think it could be to warn them to get back or something, or to scold young, or something.

Anybody on that? I'm leaning towards a reptile? Maybe other things?

People are so quick to go against religion, but why? Think about it, how much sense does it make? You think science has all the answers? Science has answers, sure, but really, it's full of holes. There are things that happen that science can't explain. Humans are imperfect, right? So science is human observation and study, put into the idea of actuality and whole truth. Yet it's doomed to be flawed, and is, it's being corrected all the time! It's observations from an imperfect species with imperfect senses, and now people accept it as the whole truth? Why are you so, so close-minded to the idea that something outside your little bubble of logic exists? Why can't people accept that there might be something that we can't tell with our imperfect selves?

Look at the state this world is in since more people began thinking RELIGION IZ NOT TEH K00L. "God is dead"! "we rule OURSELVES now!" Yeah, just look how great your ******* world has become under your own control, isn't your life so much better? Isn't humanity a great thing to put your faith in? All the teen suicides and school shootings since religion was banned from the schools doesn't mean anything?

And I tell you, I am sick of seeing all this idiotic, arrogant blabber coming from the anti-religious front. Religious people aren't fools, they can think for themselves, and they do, constantly. They don't follow blindly, they follow by their genuine faith. The religious are made out to be these old, angry, crazy people who can't think, when it's not that way at all!

You think you don't need a god? Look around you at this mess of a society we have for ourselves. Under our human reign, we have constant misery, and anger, and a bunch of good people getting hurt for no good ******* reason. You blame God, but you know what? It's not God! It's this wretched, temporary, failing, piss-*** poor excuse of a society we follow, full of obsession with instant gratification and crazy people. How much worth does it have? How much worth does any of it have? Life is empty to so many BECAUSE THEIR LIVES ARE EMPTY, quit putting your faith into imperfection, humanity won't save you when they forsake you, and humanity won't be with you when you're dead.

You can say that I'm following blindly myself in all this, but I'm not. Yeah, I was born into religion, but I've scrutinized every detail, and I've looked closely and reflected on a lot of things in life, and after months of deep reflections and consideration, I developed a new faith, a stronger one, and I've never been more certain of the things I tell you now. I spend my time secluded from a lot of people, and while you might not see it in this, I've become a better person because of it. Humanity won't save me. And you can say I don't know what I'm talking about, and mock me mercilessly for this whole thing, but this isn't just to persuade anyone, this is a cry of my entire nocturnal, draconic spirit to a world forsaking itself.

I just need, I tell you need, to know. When all the odds are stacked up against humanity in its constant failure, why do so many stand against religion? Why would you put your faith in a species responsible for so much of its own misery and failure? Because it's not logical to believe in a god? Who says it's logical? The same very species, using the same very imperfect senses and laws! Humanity won't save you. Why do you forsake all suggestion of a higher power in favor of the depressing picture you are painting for yourselves?

"Symphony Of The Dead"

this intro blows my ******* mind every time i hear it, the problem is that it only sounds like that for 35 secs in this song.

it's night time here. it seemed like an airplane at first, but upon closer inspection, it didn't have blinking lights like every other plane i've ever seen, this thing was literally a glowing ball of red and yellow. it didn't have a set direction, it literally went in a circle at one point. and then the light just faded and we never saw it again.

then, a minute later, we saw what we thought was a plane. it was going in a straight line, and then it literally turned completely around and started going that way. its light was different from other planes, it didn't blink much at all, and this thing was FAST. no planes that have gone over this sky were ever as fast as this thing. it was in one place, and then bam, it was almost on the other side of your field of vision.

i'm not saying these were alien spacecrafts, but i'm not saying they weren't, either. i'm looking for serious answers here; what were they? any help identifying them would be great, thanks.

i mean, surely they're not -that- bad; why does it seem so many hate them?
