  • 4YR OLD TURNED OUT ONTO THE STREET BY POLICE?

    I`m looking for help. The police have continually refused to investigate or even take a statement from me about an allegation made by my 4yr old girl about child abuse. Further more I have video evidence of them refusing to take a statement. I complained to the ipcc who told me one officer was removed from front line duty, they wouldn't tell me who or why. They wanted to keep this at local level and I refused. My solicitor then wrote to them and they replied stating I had never made a complaint...A second complaint was made but they wrote back stating they couldn't investigate this has it had already been looked at.
