Im attending sac state, and it says we'll be registering for classes on orientation day, but it says im allowed to start now.

Im going to Sac state.

Ive been at a plateau for 6 months now.

I'm 5ft 8in 237 pound 17 years old male.

I've tried cross country, and insanity but no luck.

I eat around 1600-2000 calories a day.

I was looking to build muscle and lose fat.

My goal weight is 180, but at this rate i wont be accomplishing anything.

I want to lose body fat and build enough muscle/strength to be able to do things like Handstands, plance, and pull ups.

Im 17 5ft 8inch and 237 pound male. My goal weight would be around 180.

I started cross country at 230 in hopes to lose, but 3 months later nothing has change. After cross country i weighed 240 and stayed that way for another 2 months. I do not know whats wrong.

Im 5ft 8 17 years old. I eat around 1800 calories, and do a full body/cardio workout 5 days a week for 45 min.

I really want to learn, but i feel that it's to difficult to learn. It looks confusing when exiting a parking space, controlling speed, or knowing when to turn and what not.

I'm using a pulley system to hand crank my generator. Would it still be considered a magnet generator?

It said you could be exempted from the test if you have a score of 500 or more on the sat critical reading. could i email them my scores to show proof?

when i was 370 pound and wanting to lose weight i was eating less and can control myself from junk food and now im 180 pound and im trying to lose weight to become 140 but now i cant seem to eat less and i keep craving to eat more and i also crave junk food. i do not understand??
