well, long story short:

i'm 13; a 7th grader who goes to some Catholic (doesn't feel like it) school, with this principal. i have gotten in trouble for posting pictures of myself and friends on Facebook in the school uniform. keep in mind, there was nothing wrong with the pictures...no middle fingers, no sexual shizz, blah blah blah. just me and my friends...at school...smiling. yeah. and i got in trouble for that. she says that it's in the handbook, but guess what...i read the handbook, it's not. she also told me that it was illegal or whatever because i do not have written permission of the people in the pics/of the school.

tomorrow, i have a "meeting" with her. i am the only one who has been punished for this and more than one person on facebook has pictures in the uniform, at school. so i went and i am going to speak my mind. but first, i wanted to check if she could get me in trouble for anything else ridiculous on my facebook. recently, my school sport's team bus caught on fire on the side of the road, so i took pictures of it and fire trucks and us there. would i get in trouble for that? can i have the fire truck online? i'm kind of paranoid now, you can probably tell. and also, is it actually true that she can tell me not to put pictures on fbook and i DO need written permission?

He's a 3 year old Siamese.

I recently discovered that he got fleas so I treated him with Frontline Plus for the first time (I didn't know that indoor cats could get fleas; he's never had it until now) and it got rid of the fleas. Now I noticed he vomited a couple times today. It was yellowish and liquidy, and it was a small amount. He has still done that 4 times today. I have not cleaned his litterbox yet but I haven't noticed any white "grains" (thats what I heard tapeworm eggs look like) around his anus or in the litter. His behavior has not changed at all, he's still playful, affectionate, and (from what I've noticed so far) eating normally.

Does it sound like he has tapeworms? Can I get it from him? He sleeps in my bed.

Is treatment hard, and do I have to take him to the vet?

What are the most obvious symptoms of tapeworms, and the not so obvious?

Please do not bash me for not giving him preventive flea care. This is my first cat and I was not aware that strictly indoor cats like him could get fleas. Thank you.

okay, here's the situation:

my private school does not have a lot of money. our sports include;

[fall] field hockey & boys soccer

[winter] boys & girls basketball

[spring] girls soccer & boys baseball (yeah, no softball team.)

i play girls soccer in the spring, but we do not get school sweatshirts ._. apparently only the field hockey and basketball players get hoodies. so, i am trying out for the field hockey team. and for a couple of reasons...my parents are ALWAYS bugging me during the fall that i should do something, and its really annoying lol. if i try to go over to someone else's house...it's always "no, you stay here!"

so help me;

what brand of sticks is the best AND price conscious? Not rich here, and all I need is a beginner stick.

i am also around 5'6 and still growing, and i'm only 12. what size stick do i need?

field hockey shoes/cleats? do i need them or can i use my soccer? (we only play outside.)

have to get one, i have a weird discolored tooth that came in, then i got braces. the tooth is causing issues plus it's a cavity, i also have braces so how will that work? how much does it hurt, and how long does it take? what will my dentist do [like what happens during a root canal] and will it hurt after? whenever i get my braces tightened, my teeth hurt bad and i can't eat anything. will it feel the same way?

I text a LOT but I'm at school during the week from 8-3, i don't text a lot during then except maybe during class lol. (otherwise it sits in my purse or pocket, not off, but like...on standby.) sometimes i do my homework on the bus, and i need the internet...like merriam webster or something. will the phone drain a lot? how about for youtube or something? not for like, straight a couple hours, max 30 minutes i'll be on there with my friends. i heard about a software upgrade or something that extends your battery at the verizon store (NOT the extended battery- software, apparently) and they give you a new standard charger or something...

how much for internet per month? my family has blackberries and i guess they can't be covered for unlimited internet (they currently pay $120 A MONTH for all of them.)

do i *have* to pay for virtual voicemail or whatever? i don't need it :P

does it have a touch keyboard? does it do 123 texting too? (on the touchscreen, like the dare.)

i would appreciate if only people who own/have experience with touches to answer.

My old phone, a LG VX9400 (i think) broke. I have 5 bought ringtones (from VZW Tones deluxe) and 38 videos. Right now I have an old chocolate phone, my brother just upgraded his phone and this is his old phone. Only my contacts and my pictures were transferred; my videos didn't make it and my ringtones didn't (2.99 per ringtone- i don't want it to waste.) I'm going to get an LG Dare and is it possible to transfer my old videos from the VX9400, my ringtones from there, and my ringtones from the Chocolate (12 ringtones- it adds up, it's expensive!)? I really don't want to buy more ringtones, especially since they are so expensive. Is it possible to do this? Oh, and the videos are really important ^^ concerts, funny moments, etc.
