So I'm living with 3 of my good friends in an apartment. 2 of them are in a relationship (a boy and a girl) and the other one shares a room with me (boy). We are getting along great and have had no problems so far. This summer, they discussed getting a dog. I have never been a fan of dogs and I never will be, so I was completely opposed to the idea. However they went and bought a dog anyway and planned to bring it here. Fortunately for me, the dog was too big to be allowed in our apartment, so the dog is currently living with one of my roommate's aunt in Phoenix. However, the couple went down to Phoenix for the weekend and my other roommate told me that they may be bringing the dog back up. He told me "we discussed it," which is not true, because "we" never discussed it. So now I'm worried that my apartment-mates will come back from Phoenix on Monday with a dog.

I DO NOT want to live with a dog. I don't like dogs. I never have, and I never will. I know it's an unpopular opinion, but it's part of who I am.

If they go and bring the dog up here I'm thinking about moving out. I have a one year lease that expires in about 9 months. I don't really know how it would work though since all 4 of us signed a lease. Could I look for someone to take over my lease? Could I back out of my lease? Could I tell the people we have a dog that may be too big living with us? I would feel bad about going behind my roommates backs, but then they kind of stabbed me in the back when they got a dog. So I don't really know what to do-I could use some advice. Thanks!

I don't understand how they can be in the hunt still. They are 8-7, but the Bengals are 9-6, meaning that with a Bengal loss and Titan win both teams would be 9-7. But the Bengals beat them in Nashville this year, so I don't see any possible way in which the Titans can make it into the playoffs/ Anyone care to shed some light?

Long story short, there's this girl and I'm falling pretty hard for her =). I learned that she's Mormon, and I wondered about how I should approach this. I did some research on Mormon beliefs, and I read somewhere that they don't start dating until they're 16. She's a freshman in high school and I'm a sophomore, so she isn't 16 yet, I'm not even 16 yet actually. Do you think we could have a possible near future? I could use some advice, there's only so much google can do for me. =) Thanks!!!

get the status updates back?

For example, on the old page, there were two choices on the home page, either the status updates, or the news feed. The news feed features all this stupid crap about people joining these god damn good for nothing groups. This was tolerable with the old page, because you were able to click on status updates to hide these. But now they're still there, and it still wouldn't bother me, but I'm unable to see the statuses of my friends because they go off the page because so many people join groups, and do other things I don't find important. I was wondering if there was a way to just see the status updates, or at least disable seeing people joining groups. Any help is appreciated, thank you much.

As I finish up my Career Planning homework, my teacher's final directions were these.

"Write at your appropriate age level. Turn on the Flesh Kincade Reading Level to view your level of writing when you spell check in Word."

I don't know what the Flesh Kincade is or how to use it or anything, I have Microsoft Word 2008. Any help appreciated, thanks

This past week my Mac Book has been very slow, I've been getting the colorful wheel telling me it's loading, even as I'm typing in this text now. It's really annoying, as I'm sure all slow computers are, but I did some research and found that deleting the cache files from my hard drive would help it run faster.

I placed the cache files in my trash, but realized before I emptied it might be a little risky, so I figured I'd seek out some advice... Thanks!!!

People don't spell words right? For example, when people type like this: There fans suck their not true fans.

It really bothers me and I was wondering if it bothers anyone else, I always feel like correcting them. The same with these types of sentences:

They were to good.

I know I'm not your English teacher, but still, does it really hurt to use proper grammar and spelling?

Seriously, look at his stats. Good, but I'd rather see Torii Hunter out there. Bay is batting .259 with 19 homers and 70 RBI, 51 runs, and 13 stolen bases. Hunter is batting .303 with less homeruns and RBI, (17 homeruns and 8 RBI) but more than twice as many SB (13) and a few more runs, plus Hunter is just awesome in the field, not that Bay isn't, but Hunter is solid out there. So my question is, did you vote for Jason Bay? What got you to vote for him over Torii Hunter? Do you see a chance Torii Hunter will play in the All Star game?

Okay Sorry I don't know how I forgot this, but in the last few weeks of our geometry class we are doing some algebra and I realized I don't know what to do when I get to a certain spot of the equation. When we are doing y=mx+b form, so y isn't supposed to have an integer, and I get an integer, what do I do?

For example:

3y=6x+9

Would it be y=2x +3 or y=2x+9????

I thought it was okay... it had a few good jokes but a lot of stuff that seemed a little bit off. I don't understand why they make Homer so retarded now, it's as if though he's not even a functional character anymore (when he's yelling at his reflection in the pond and tries to kill the bug on his plate with his head). I like the prank at the beginning, I thought it was pretty funny, I liked the bullies trying to "impress a girl too," and I liked Apu not waiting for Lenny to hold his flowers, forcing Lenny to buy last year's superbowl promotion cardboard cutout. All-in-all an okay episode, what'd you think?

My teacher brought this up today... and I found it interesting to think about. He said one of the first things he would do is add Inida, Brazil, Japan, and Nigeria or South Africa to the permanent members of the United Nations and require there to be three of them to agree to officially veto something (rather than 1 right now, so the U.S. could no longer protect Israel and China could no longer protect Sudan.) I think I would do this too (even though I didn't think of it!), of course just try to make the world a better place, make laws to what I think would benefit all, and other good stuff like that. =) Anyways, what would you do?

Okay... I have heard about everyone making a big fuss out of the book Twilight and I am decently close to finishing it after a month... and I just don't find it to be a good read. It just seems to be boring, poorly written, and the main character, Bell or whatever her name is really just bugs me, she just always feels sorry for herself and sees herself as better than everyone else. As for the vampire character, Eddie or something, he is just flat out creepy. I realize that he is a vampire but still. He can't sleep so he's just going to stare at a girl why he sleeps... Okay but she's in love with him. Also I have not seen the movie but my mom and sister both thought it was boring. So my questions are:

1. Why do people like the book, or dislike the book? What do you think about it?

2. What did you think of the movie?

Well I've never caught before... but on our High School baseball team (freshman team with one sophomore) we only have one catcher and he says he doesn't really want to do it, so coach asked if anyone wanted to play catcher and I volunteered because I don't know if I will be good enough to make it and first and second(the positions I normally play). So... any advice out there? What's the hardest part about being a catcher? What's the most important part? Any good guidelines about pitch-calling? Thanks, any help appreciated =)

Has anyone ever taken it? If so what did you get? What did you find the most productive to study? I'm a freshman and our test is on May 15 I believe, so it's not like I'm cramming but I would just like to know bout your experiences, scores, and advice. Thanks in advance
