I was cutting up some old pants to make these shorts and I realized I cut them too short, what can I do to add like an extra inch to the shorts? I was thinking about sewing some denim on and making the jeans have like a cuffed up he, to cover up the stitches. What do you think/ what do you suggest I do?

Is it easy to use? Once I've finished designing my page, will it give me an HTML code or what? Does it have CSS? I really don't know how to write HTML codes and I hope Muse will help me to design a theme for my tumblr, but it obviously won't work if it doesn't make the HTML code. Any answers would be appreciated. Most importantly, is it easy to use and does it work well for tumblr and for different internet browsers (chrome, explorer, firefox, safari, etc.)

I'm really interested in creating a personal HTML code for my blog and I've tried out Dreamweaver but I find it to be a bit too complicated, is there any computer program that comes with some basic set codes that are customizable and easy to change/switch around. My main problem is that I don't quite understand how to write HTML codes. Any answers will help. :)
