so i have an assignment due tomorrow and need help with this one question.

Element A is a metallic and has 1 valence electron. Element B is a non-metal and has 6 valence electrons.

a) what kind of compound will for between A and B?

b) Write the formula for the compound that would form between A and B

c) select a element that would have the same characteristics as A. Do the same for B. Write the formula and name between the compound form
