I've noticed that I'm in long business meetings talking alot, afterwards my throat tends to really hurt and feels like the glands swell a little bit. I'm always drinking water, but I feel this doesent help.

This then usually leads to a cold, and happens very often when talking for prolonged periods.

Any sugesstions on what this could be and how I could resolve this?

I need to convert CMYK colors to Pantone/PMS but I'm not having any luck. I can't seem to find the right colours!

PMS easily converts to CMYK though, but again it doesn't have the specific colour I'm after.

Usually when I save After effects files as .aep it doesn't save the media included - like a .psd file does.

How do i make it the the .aep files save everything into one file like a .psd?

Im considering buying a Wacom (small) Intuos4 Tablet in combination to use with iMac 27" screen.

Im currently new to the tablet world and have heard that getting a small tablet will be very annoying, and wont 'map' properly on a large screen. Is this true?

Any suggestions or comments anyone has on using a small tablet with a large screen size would be awesome!

I currently study Advertising & Design. Lately since more creative projects have been coming up I personally feel myself running out of ideas and losing inspiration. Everything seems a bit flat and foggy in this area. It would be nice to discover that thunderbolt of creativity - any ideas how i can discover this again and solve this block?

Im trying to look for the easiest most automated program. Ive been using after effects for a bit now but find it difficult to get much done.

I basically need it to make a 2min ad showcasing a particular brand and its product/product features. Im not looking to create mind-blowing visuals, i just want the simple stuff to be easy like camera movements and tracking.

Are there any other easy programs i should look into?

I have to put together a 2 minute movie displaying a concept/idea i have. It is to advertise a new product. There are a couple of ways i can go about this. I know both programs but given the scope of this project should i use after effects more or flash to animate objects?

And what program should i use to compile all of this together and make a 2 minute movie? final cut pro?

Ive heard so much talk about converting to cmyk before you print.

The thing i dont understand is, when is it needed? because my printer at home Canon MX700 prints the RGB file fine - with no colour loss.

Is it possible to add a layer mask to the images effects?

So say ive applied an outer glow effect on a round ball and want to mask out the bottom of the of the outer glow on the ball - is this possible to add a mask on that effect to do so?

Is there anyway to mask layer effects in photoshop like 'outer glow' ect?
