I'm trying to find a piece of web-based software that helps with managing volunteers. It would need to be something that has a login system so that volunteers could be scheduled for a specific event by a coordinator, and then the volunteers could login to approve if they available to help. I am having a problem where my printer spooler eats up all of my system resources when I start the computer. I know this is the problem because when i go and disable it with msconfig, the computer runs normally. The only strange thing is no printers are listed under Printers and Faxes. Any ideas?
