Can someone tell me when you install a permeable driveway can you use any 20mm gravel or shingle as sub base or do you have to use a specific washed aggregate? Is it the same for the 6mm laying course, why not pea shingle instead of 6mm washed aggregate? What would you expect to pay per ton?

I am a runner and I would like a dog that loves to run to come out with me. I run over 20 miles every Sunday and it would need to build up to that. It also needs to be fairly small, short haired, not moult bucket loads and be good off the lead. I am leaning towards a Border Terrier. Good, bad idea? Or any other ideas on what breed to get?

I've just been given a promotion to manager of twenty men. My boss expects me to knock them into shape which I am perfectly ok with. The problem is the two biggest piss takers are the bosses brother in-law and his best friend. The brother in-law is also a very good friend of mine. The men have got into the habit of knocking off early and doing as little as possible because they are mobile and hard to keep track of. How would you deal with the two ring leaders because once I have dealt with them the rest will be easy?

I work a very pysical job and train hard but i'm still over weight. I dig the roads five days a week. I swim half a mile three times a week. Run five miles twice a week and cycle about twenty miles a week. Also I do sit ups, push ups and weights in between that lot. I would love to do a mini triathlon but my weight is holding me back. I'm about twenty pounds over weight. I eat three meals a day which are pretty balanced but never seem to lose weight. What i need is an eating plan that will keep my energy levels high but still lose a few pounds? Any ideas?
