okay so me and my boyfriend his sister and her daughter all moved into an apartment together. we all signed a lease but now we're not getting along. the landlord agreed that he will not resign a lease with her name on it. she is a very conniving and shystie person. she is claiming that she will not leave until she is ready to be able to move out. once me and my boyfriend we signed a lease on the 1st and she's not on it how can we get her out. I've heard that you deserve someone has to get her out vixens and I've also heard that I can just call the police and they can escort her out. but then I also heard that if somebody is receiving mail I'm not dressed that's their place of residence no matter what and nobody can do anything. I really need somebody that knows something about this. if there's nothing we can do about this can we sue her at least for her half of the rent and bills.

My boyfriend is on probation apparently he missed an appointment and now there is an arrest warrant out.. He has been on parole for 7 years then to.probation for 3 and he actually was told he was going to be on a type of probation where he doesn't see anyone and if he had an address change.or anything he.calls the head probation for our state. We just found.out.about.the.warrant that's.been.out for 3 months. If he explains what happened to the probation officer and she decides to understand. Can she cancel the warrant? Or would.he.still have to go thru with the whole turn himself in and fail himself out ...mind u bail is set at $25,,000 the bondsman said we only had to pay 1900 that's 1900 we don't have especially for this misunderstanding. Also since,he's been out,of prison he HAS NEVER missed an appointment for parole or probation except this one mix up and NEVEr had a.dirty urine..he truly has turned his life around and has.one more year.of probation and he's a free man. Please if anyone has any advice or knowledge as to if the probation can cancel this warrant please let me know.

I went to accessibility and tried out the voice activation where the voice says each thing i.click on......now when I try to turn it off it won't let me scroll down to accessibility in settings..I have to double-click on whatever I'm trying to click on but when I try to double click to scroll it won't even do that won't go past sound.... has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it I tried turning off the phone and turning it back on and it still won't work

i need to get my credit score from and apartment i want to rent. i do not have access to a credit card so i cant go online and get the full reports or even the scores , but they did say i was $6,389 in debt if possible does anyone know what my credit scores would be? or if you know any websites that can give me my credit report without a credit card.........freecreditreport.com and others that say free are not free you need a credit card to get your scores.....thanks in advance

judgemental people. whatever goes on other people's lives is none of their business why do they feel like they have to tell you that you were going to go to ”hell”.... it doesn't affect their lives so what business is it of theirs.... I wanna.make buttercream the recipe calls for a couple tablespoons of milk or cream the last time I tried to.make.it.i used milk and it ended up being thin...can I use heavy whipping cream instead and will it make it thicker...I'm new at baking but really wanna get into it so if u have any tips on top of my question I would love to gain as much knowledge as possible THAnKS

Has anyone else seen this video or is it something that originated in ct and only ct ppl are the ones that are.the.only ones being sent links to view this sick video.....i have not seen this video nor do i want to but if the link ever gets sent to me does anyone know what number to call for the fbi to report it i know the fbi is involved now but i have not been able to get a numbrr just in case

Ok so i have seen a couple questions asked.about.abortion and i have commented..but.i also.see.ppl commenting how these girls are dirty c*nts and.bitches they should die or.they should.never be.allowed to have kids...im wondering why.be so harsh? I had two.abortions the.first was because i.missed.some days of my birth control and.the second.was because i was on an anti biotics and didnt know it can reverse the effect of birth.control....i was not in a good.place in my.life when i had these abortions partying drinking gettin.high living.at home 18 and then 20 and i did.not.choose to keep then and adopt out because i obviously was in no.condition to even hold a babu in my belly...does that mean i should.never have.kids...mind.u i now.have a.2 yr old girl who.is.my life and i am now.in a better place in my life and she was planned should me.having two.abortions in the.past mean my daughter has a.bad mother? I think not i chose something so that those two.other.pregnancies were not.gunna live shitty lives maybe.even be mentally disabled or disfigured.due.to.me partying problem..but.i did take the.nessasry.steps to not.get pregnant via birth control just messed up one time nd wasnt informed properly the.sexond.time....also why do ppl.judge so harshly what if the.girl was raped by.her father or.raped period do u really think that she wants to.carry.that seed of her fathers or her rapists??? With a criminal backround in larceny and they did.not.steal it....can the police arrest that person on probable cause if they find the item stolen but.have no.name. Basically will they just go after the felon and accuse him so they can say case closed?

Since the day we told him we were moving he has been coming everyday asking how the move was going and pretty much pushing us out by saying, he wants to come in on tuesday (tomorrow) to start fixing up the apartment to put it back up for rent. Is this considered harassment? By the way, we told him we were shooting for this past weekend to be out but it looked like this coming up weekend was going to be the day. All he heard was this weekend.
