    i need to work out how much ribbon i need to order for a 3 tier wedding cake and the boards, here goes................

    tier one: 14" board circula and 12" cake how much ribbon?

    tier two: 12" board circula and 10" cake how much ribbon?

    tier three: 8" board circula and 6" cake how much ribbon?

    both cake and board will need ribbon around just once. cakes are meassured from on side to the other and not all the way around. so i need the meassurements for all the way around each one.

    hope this make sense and someone can work out how many in cm or inches i need

  • sugar/flower paste query?

    hi, i have recently started creating and making cakes decorating and designing. i havent been to any schooling for this, as i have been learning as i go. i am slightly confussed by the different names for icing and fondant? i understand normal fondant is for full cake covering, but as i understand fondant isnt best for flower making and modling, i know sugar paste/ gum paste/ flower paste are suitable but whats the difference between them (if any? as i understand some are the samething!) and whats best for what? also links to recipes for them too would be helpful! thankyou x

    i have a nokia E63 thats currently on contract with three, i would like to put a pay-as-u-go sim for vodafone in it, how do i do it? i have the IMEI number, and i think i have the right code (via 'unlockthatmobile' web), they have given me code, trouble is my keypad wont let me add the 'letter' 'T' as its also the number '2' and i cant figure out how to change it?! so i dont know if it will work! annoying as its taken me ages to get this far!

    hi, ive been practicing the art of Fudge making, and ive done my 3rd batch of Rum & Raisin, its seems to have turned to toffee? how the hell did i do that?! would love to hear your tips and tricks on fudge making and maybe explain how ive made toffee??

    this is the recipe ive been using that usually works well!!

    550ml double cream

    550g caster sugar

    75ml Liquid glycose

    150g chocolate

    or in Rum & Raisin

    instead of choc 100g raisins

    4.5 tsp of rum flavouring

    Hi, I have 4 A levels in Art & Design, & I am free to begin working again september onwards (youngest starting pre-school full time) and wish to proceed in a career in teaching Art to Primary ages 8-11yrs. I wish to start the ball rolling with after school Art clubs and already have parents wishing to add their childs name to it. I need to know what Legal Requirements I need to get started and payed?     My computer keeps telling me im 'working off-line'?! i go to FILE and change to work on line and it keeps changing back? it will work after ive turned everything off and unplugged everything then put it all back together, its not my netwrok provider, as the modem lights are all correct? its happing quite frequently now and is driving me loopy!! ive tried searching through all the internet settings but no luck?! what do i need to do!?
