OK... so here it goes...

I was fired on 09/16/09 for getting in a "fight" with a co-worker...

this co-worker I filed a restraining order against him on 09/07/09... we had court on this matter on 09/17/09..... 09/17/09 it was granted....

manager told me to leave the property on 09/16/09 because I threatened to kick the co-worker's ***... which in my case I didnt...

he made a comment to me at my table (which he sat the table on purpose because they were his friends) about me getting a restraining order because I was scared he was going to kick my ***. and I stated I wasnt afraid of him kicking my ***... the key hourly stated I said otherwise so I was fired with no questions asked.. I wasnt even asked my side of the story... well then I asked for my separation notice... couldnt get one.. I just got a copy in my appeal package... Supposedly I hit the guy now... (why would I hit someone if I just filed a restraining order on them???) ok and the separation notice states I was fired on 08/16/09 on all of my paperwork... I was told if the date is wrong I would be able to throw it out. is this correct? I have witnesses on all accounts including the day of 09/16/09 and the night of 09/07/09 when I was told my job was in jeopardy since I filed a restraining order on a co-worker. My ex-manager also locked all of my files such as the schedule from that day and paycheck stubs (from my own length of employment) so I can not view them anymore.. I kind of have a feeling they are trying to hide some info... but I am trying to figure out if there is anything that I can do to help me with my case..there was no physical contact between me or the other party what so ever....

and our paycheck stubs are online...we dont get checks we have to have a pay card. (and I have been locked out of my own files)

ok... I was employed by a local restaurant from Jan 2009 till Sept 2009... I was fired for filing a restraining order and threating another employee who has been harassing me outside of work.. well the state I am in is a fire and hire at will state... gotta love Georgia! but I was harassed through out the whole time I was employed with this company by co-workers and managers... I have plenty of witnesses such as other co-workers even customers... I had one incident in May when another person slammed me into an POS station and nothing was done.. the person even returned to work to "beat my tail in the parking lot" no manager or anything did anything to resolve this matter... the co-worker continued to work with us and the managers made excuses for him... well he finally left to go to FL due to his mother being ill... I was then harassed by another co-worker (an old friend) in Sept 2009... I told manager numerous times what was going on, even co-workers have stated I told them plenty of times, they didnt listen and then I filed an restraining order on him then I was told i was getting fired for that if it went thru... So obviously the company dont care about the safety of their workers... then one day he was on carside but went to the door to host for a moment when he noticed his friends were coming in. He sat them in my section on purpose and he bad mouthed me to them and then he stated "he even got an restraining order on me because he is afraid I am going to whip his ***" well then a Manager was coming around the corner and I stated "you better get him out of my section before I whip his ***" I was fired because I threaten an employee... but I never got to say my side of the story.. I was fired on the spot and banned from the property... now I am jobless when I told the management team numerous times that I had an issue with him... and even other co-workers said the same as me but managers failed to listen.. because they thought this was childish but it cost me my job on their lack of acknowledgement about the whole situation.... I am told by people that I have a lawsuit but I dont know how to get it started because I have never been in this situation... SO if anyone has an achknowledge in this area please feel free to give me some advice...

and that is just the main part of the story I have documentation of other things that happened when I was employed there...

back on may 4th 2007 I was in an accident some woman rear ended me at a red light, We found out when the cop got there my licenses were suspended, this is was the first time I even heard about it, so they took me in, well sure enough they were suspended because of a ticket that I paid, so yet I went to the DMV and ask when was I notified, everyone is like we didnt notify you, but I still got stuck with a $1375 ticket and now after not having a GA licenses since May 07 I am getting them on Sat after paying another 590 bucks, but my insurance is going to jump up from 201.56 to 767.something. Is there anyway I can take this to court since the state even stated that they didnt notify me?

ok so I am looking at purchasing my first vehicle in my own name :) a 2005 ford focus ST, my car payment is going to be $201 a month for 36 months... but my car insurance (here is the shocker) is going to be $767.75 a month because of the wreck I have on file :( which wasnt even my fault..... SO my question is, is there anyway I can get my car put onto my policy with me no where near it, so I dont have to pay so much in insurance.... my parents dont want to do it because they said even if we have full coverage on the vehicle and someone else besides them was driving it that the insurance company wouldnt cover it...

ok... i was a student at a high school which is going to remain unnamed, i was suppose to graduate in 2007... i past all of my graduation test which is required by the state of georgia, and everything, the only thing was holding me back was one class which was given by a teacher that i didnt get along with, he would make rude sexual comments to me during class, he was a tech teacher, and everytime i would say something at the office he would turn it around on me, and make me look like the bad one, my parents never did anything since they didnt like the fact i was gay, so they just brushed it off, well this in turns caused me to drop out since i was going to have to go again for a 5 class, WTF!!! it was technology. that is the only that held me up from graduating, so now i need help for paying for college and there is nothing since i was a drop out, and there isnt a little box to explain the situation in so i need to know what actions i can take to get the school for failing on me.... any help would be thankful

Ok we purchased a truck back in Jun 2008... we purchased a 2001 Chevy Silverado for 11500, yes i know too much, but with bad credit what do you do? we got a 29% interest rate! and now our payments are 470 a mth for 30 mths, ok well every other month we will get a phone call stating that they are sending us to another finance company because the current company cant finance us anymore, they have changed our finance company going on 3 times now. we just got another call today about the 3rd switch. we havent recieved any paperwork on the fiance company so we will have a way to contact them or anything, dont even have a signed contract, so i am worried that they might miss label something in the system and we might have to fight! is there anyway i can get the contract annulled and get our money back?

ok... i am 19 now... i have a 2 medical bills on my credit history now dating back from 5/2005 and 6/2006.... i was 16 and 17 at this time.... ok now these medical bills aren't even on my credit as a medical bill... they are on there as a collection department bill... so it makes me look like i don't owe a medical but like a department store bill. the "financial adviser" there told me that my medical bills were transferable and when i turned 18 they became my responsibility..... and she stated if i just pay the bill we can figure out whos credit to post it on... so basically she told me that i have to pay it and then she will post it to my parents credit.... lol yea i might be a kid but i am not that stupid... so i need help with this.. i cant find any laws about this issue... because if i $6k right now the dang surewouldn'tt be going to these people i could put it towards my school... but these 2 items on credit report has made my score drop over 200 pts...so i have worst credit than what i should have started with...

ok well my issue is when i got the system it was great sounding, now it is sounding really distorted, i have listened to it have high volumes for a lil bit of time but nothing really loud, it goes up to level 31 on the volume rocker and i leave it on 17-19 most of the time and now its sounding really distorted and if i turn it down to like 12 it sounds like a speaker is popping and blown :( what can cause this ????

ok i was reporting to work and when i was pulled in the driveway i witnessed my co-worker getting robbed.... she is fine but we havent been back to work, the cameras werent working and i refuse to go back to work with out security (i work by myself from 11pm to 7am) and i have to leave the doors unlocked.. but the owner of the hotel declined getting a better camera system or someone else to stay with me at that time... there is no where for us to take cover if someone was to come in like this.. and the only way 911 was called out was bc i pulled in and saw it... and called before i entered the building... my co-worker stated that they were in there for 30mins to 45 mins before i pulled in.. thats just sad... i am currently looking for another job but still we was robbed on tuesday night.. i work part time i work mon, tue, wed, and fri nights there. so i have missed a whole week of pay basically so i am wondering if i could get workers comp or at least my medical expenses paid for...

ok. i had the samsung alias. it hurts my hands with typing so i swapped to the new env2 within my 30day period. ok now i am on my 4th phone about to be on my 5th phone. i am just sick and tired of this phone....
