I have a MacBook, and when I use it directly on my lap (I hate sitting at desks! also, I always wear pants, before anyone asks) the battery always sits on the same spot, right on my inner left thigh. After some extended use, I've developed what looks kind of like a sunburn on my thigh, and it's kind of warm to the touch. I've started to use a lap desk in the last two days to take the heat off of my thigh. How do I get rid of it?

I really want to get a guinea pig, but I have two cats right now (one is a year and a half, one is just under a year). I don't want them to eat the poor guinea pig, and I don't really want the guinea pig to be afraid of the cats... any tips?

I usually use Urban Decay makeup, but I want to branch out a little... I like shimmer, I like moist formulas, and I'm not really into those two-step "long wear" formulas... they're just really drying and I'm not a fan.

Just bought a knee-length, sleeveless navy blue dress. I want to get shoes, a cardigan or jacket to go with, but I have no idea what colors to get, and I definitely want to do a color instead of a neutral. Any suggestions?
