I have beige wall-to-wall carpeting and one of my cats has been urinating on one side of the dining room. She hadn't done this before but now that the house is going to be shown I'm mortified and worried that it will be noticed. The thought of a buyer asking me to replace the carpeting sends a chill up my spine. I have cleaned the area with each occurrence but I cannot keep the cat isolated in any room and I won't give the cat away. I don't want this to cost me the sale of the house. I suppose it's something I need to disclose but unless someone is looking for it, the area doesn't look stained. What do you suggest I do?

The shed was painted many years ago and the paint is chipped in a few places. It gets partial sun. Also, what color would you suggest?

The model number is 29263GE1-A. I've gone on the GE website and I think it's discontinued. Nevertheless, I need to know how to change battery and troubleshoot the caller ID feature which is not appearing on the display.

I have a cat who sometimes pees on my living room furniture out of spite. I'm thinking of getting a new sofa but am afraid he'll ruin that, too. The only furniture I can think of that would be cat-proof is the new all-season wicker. Any other ideas? My cat is staying!!
