Starts in early morning and night though. Just not during the heat of the day. Anyone have any idea as to what might be happening, and how we can fix it ourselves/If we can fix it ourselves? We have almost zero money and will be without a car for over a month if we can t, and we have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and need to drive to get food and essentials.

What can we do to get our home back, or the money we put into it?

My Fiancee and I, and his father have been living in our house for years, we have a 9 month old child, and have been kicked out, besides his father. The house was built by him and his father with their money, and the money I got from my grandmother after she passed away to be a home for all of us and our child. We have been paying all of the bills, and they have never been in our life or have done anything with the land. We don't legally own the land. My Fiancee's cousins do and have told us on numerous occasions that they would never kick us out and that the land is as good as our's. The only reason it is not in his father's name is because he is still legally married to his wife, and is scared of her trying to take it. They called the cops and we were forced to leave the property without a legal eviction. We are not allowed back on it to get our things or anything.

can I give a kitten goats milk formula made for baby goats? I was given a kitten that wants milk still and I have goat's milk formula made to feed baby goats but can't go to the store to buy her some kitten formula because I can't drive yet.

I was living with my ex best friend and his family, we were supposed to get an apartment together, but I found out he was stealing from me money that a friend's parent had given me to get started, and caught him hurting his mother's dog. I have learned that he has been banned from owning a pet in Texas because he has been caught several other times as a child, hurting and killing his parent's previous pets. I have also learned that he has raped his cousin that is blind and deaf. I confronted him and told him i'm not going to live with someone who does those things, he got very mad and started to yell at me and left the apartment with his father.

I then took the time of his absence to gather my things, his mother told him I was in his room after he got back which enraged him further, he ran into the living room and started tearing my well packed things from my suitcase. That made me very mad and so I told him to stop and grabbed my things from his hands, he then whirled around and slammed his fist into my head and used his other hand to punch my stomach causing me to fall back into the door where I hit my back on the door knob. I was doubled over in pain when his fists hit into the back of my head again, twice. He then kicked me in my right leg. Laughing the whole time. His mother walked into the living room from the kitchen and he stopped. She had known the whole time of what her son was doing to me. I called my mother and aunt to help me.

A day or so later after I got out and was at my aunt's place, he started posting on my Facebook turning the whole thing around on me, saying I had a knife and he was defending himself, He even said his mother would be a witness and confirm his story.

I called him to ask him to leave me alone and stop, he then started to yell at me on the phone, and made several threats to my life, and my family's, as well as threatening to ruin my life how ever way he can. I have no idea what to do, and I have no idea how to take action legally to make him stop. Will someone please tell me how I can press charges or something?? Only real comments please, I need help not just some person asking questions so satisfy curiosity. I WILL take legal action, I want him in jail. I need help on the steps to make it happen.
