And on that note why do some think that Christmas is the USA's holiday? I saw a girl use these arguments to claim Starbucks should put "Merry Christmas" on their holiday cups.

1. Can you drop into skiing or snowboarding from your parachute, or can you only change sports on the ground?

2. Are there social lodges of some kind where you can hang out in walking mode?

3. Can you throw snowballs?

I've been assigned the task of proving a photon creating an electron-positron pair requires a third body.

I know I need to set the energies equal and show conservation of energy/momentum is not possible without a third body.

I've already seen the following answer but I'm having trouble following it:

"Actually it's a straightforward calculation: Let's assume that the original photon has momentum p in direction z (that is, px=py=0 and pz=p). Then it has energy E=pc.

Now imagine you want to produce a particle-antiparticle pair of non-zero mass m (assume without loss of generality that the momentum is so that py1=py2=0). Then, according to momentum conservation, their momenta have to be pz1+pz2=p, px1+px2=0.

According to Relativity, each particle has Ei^2 = (mc^2)^2 +c^2 pxi^2 + c^2 pzi^2 (where i=1 or 2). We have Ei^2 = (mc^2)^2 + c^2 pxi^2 + c^2 pzi^2 > c^2 pzi^2, that is, Ei > pzi c. Therefore we get (E1+E2)^2 = E1^2 + 2 E1 E2 + E2^2 > (pz1^2 + 2 pz1 pz2 + pz2^2) c^2 = (pz1+pz2)^2 c^2 = pz^2 c^2 = E^2, and therefore E1+E2 > E. Every Christian I know, my family included, argues that god is forgiving, loving, kind, basically wonderful in every way. This doesn't make sense to me because god demands you believe in him and if you don't, which isn't exactly unreasonable, he punishes you brutally for all eternity in the most horrible ways. In fact, doing good deeds your entire life isn't even enough for him, he will still damn you.

From my understanding this is not forgiving, kind, or loving at all.

My assignment says to include the math I use to make the schematic. I'm lost on how to do this.

I know the relationship between x and y, and r and theta is:

x = r cos(theta)

y = r sin(theta)

I look at it as being similar to how the majority of people used to think the world was flat when in reality it was spherical. So majority doesn't mean correct. Thoughts?

I don't see how anybody can be so arrogant as to say their beliefs are absolute fact.

So I'm kind of out of options, my router is working fine and I can use the internet seamlessly on all my devices, including my PS4, but I can't connect to the PSN on anything. I can't sign in on my PS4, I can't sign in on my laptop, I can't use the PlayStation app. I tried changing my routers channel as that was the solution I came across while researching CE-33950-0 (the error code I received). Does anybody know what I can do to fix this problem?

Integral of tan(x) evaluated from 0 to pi/2?

I know that the integral of tan(x) is -ln|cos(x)| and that somehow when evaluated from 0 to pi/2 it becomes infinity, but I don't understand how to get this answer.
