I just filed 08/12/2011 the day i got layed off, my boss said he will not fight it at all. I am just wondering how long the process takes and what are the steps? Do I need a telephone interview even though i was laid off, never filed for unemployment in my life and i am 33, and my boss wont fight it?

Also I will be moving to Oregon because I cannot afford to live here anymore and that is were all my family is. If I tell them that will I still get unemployment?

My money order was stolen out of the drop box of my apartment, I even made it out to the apartment complex but it somehow got cashed anyways. Do i need to go after the store or bank that cashed it or the person that stole it? I know going after the person will not get my money back because they probably dont have money to pay back. If I go after the store or bank what do i do just walk in there alone and explain to them what they did and demand my money back for not positively identiifying the person that cashed it. Or what do I need to do?????

Ok here is my issue, I put my Money Gram money orders in the rent drop box of my apartment on the 2nd, on the 4th I got a letter saying to pay rent or quit. Apparently there was 2 tenants that had there rent stolen and i am one of them. Am i liable to pay the rent again right away? What action should i take? Or do i just plead with the complex manager to let me slide on that months rent until I get everything straightened out and get my money back. Also i called money gram and they said it was cashed, who do i go after, the place who cashed it or the guy who stoled it? I am in California.

Ok, I have a 2006 Ford F150. I just bought a 20ft Travel Trailer for real cheap. I need to tow it over a real steep pass(mountain) but I did not think it would be safe without the trailer brakes being hooked up. So my question is. What do I need to do to get the trailer brakes hooked up? Do I buy a brake controller? And will I be able to hook it all up myself?

I am in the position to purchase a Cabover Camper (very nice one) really cheap. It is around 1500-2000#, my truck is a 2006 Ford F150 V8 4.6L Triton. Will my truck be able to Haul this camper around and up mountains for camping? Please let me know your opinion.
