I have finished sixth form and am struggling to start my career in the motor trade, would it be worth contacting dealerships which are not advertising jobs to see if they would want to employ me? Or do companies only employ when they are posting?

Is there a certain age limit (I.e at least 1 years No Claims and no more than say 3 points)?

I am looking to buy a 2008-12 Fiesta Zetec S trim and wondered which engine is best. I will be buying the car on around 85000 miles.

Which engine is more reliable and can go to higher mileage (>125,000) easier? What are common issues on both engines? What are common issues with the MK7 Fiesta in general? What’s real world mpg (I am aware this varies person to person but would still like to know)?
