I am in debt ($6,000) and I am in no shape to pay the debt right now. The collections office calls me, but I have told them many times that I have no funds to pay off my really high monthly payments.

Today I got a note from an officer of the Superior Court that wants to talk to me and has court documents for me. What is going to happen to me? I am so worried... I've never been in trouble with the law and I always tell the collections people that I will pay back my debt once I finish school and get a better paying job, but as for now I can't =(

Please let me know what will happen, if you have been in a similar situation.

I'm from the U.S. and like millions of Americans I have debt. Several months ago I had to quit my job because of school which led me to not pay my credit card payments on time and I even stopped paying since July. The bank has been calling me non stop asking for me to pay the minium. I finally have a job again but I can't pay the minium because not its so high (over $500) The bank keeps calling and asking for their money and I keep telling them I can't pay them the minium. Thats when they said they will begin a civil law suit against me. I just want to know what can they do to me? Isn't half of America going through the same problem as me..are they getting sued too?

I'm going to school for a bachelors in Elementary Education, I was wondering if other teachers travel and get oppurtunities to teach in other parts of the country (US) or world. And also travel to go to conferences and seminars?

I bought Revlon Hair Dye..it was dirt cheap at the grocery store, but I was wondering if it works good. It's an auburn color..If you have tried it and don't like it please explain to me why, and what other brand you would suggest for me to use. I am always tired, even when I get a sufficient amount of sleep. I usually use the bathroom often, but lately I have been going excessively. And I get headaches about 2 or 3 days out of a week.

I eat a lot of sweets and junk food and I'm really afraid that its taken its toll on my body.

Do these symptoms sound like diabetes?
