Computer was running very slowly today. Tried to use task manager and it stopped responding. Tried Alvira and that was running slowly and at times not responding. Tried to turn off then turn back on. Right now, the computer only works in safe mode, otherwise gets a black screen saying "internal hard disk drive not found". Attempting to run Alvira again and it got hung up on "C:\Windows\system32\dnsapi.dll". I wanted to know what that is.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions on the above problem feel free to offer advice.
