P0700 - Transmission Control System malfunction.

U0100 - Lost communication with ECM/PCM.

What do I need to do?

These codes show when the car shuts off on its own, while driving.

I'm tired of topping off my engine. I thought it was a normal thing to do until I taken a road trip with my 2006 Charger and a 2012 Camaro. The Camaro required absolutely no topping off what so ever, except at nearly the end off the road trip, just a little dash of fresh oil and it was right at the level it should be. But the charger needed to be topped off over and over as I checked at nearly every gas stop. Any advice is welcome!

Here's my little ramble:

I pulled out one of the spark plugs this morning(having an issue uploading from my iPad, I'll upload a picture tonight when I get home). The best I can describe it is it looks like a coating of white ash on the spark plug. I can already tell I'm going to change my spark plugs... But want to fix the problem first.

I guess it's about time to change the PCV valve and clean throttle body, it's already got a brand new air filter from dealership. I'm thinking about quitting using Bosch oil filters and start buying Mopar oil filters. I've been using CASTROL EDGE 10W-30(Black Bottle). I tried the CASTROL EDGE EXTENDED PERFORMANCE 10W-30(Gold Bottle), but it really seemed the oil depleted quicker, so I quit using that. Perhaps I should use Mopar Oil for the next few oil changes as well?

I know I'm way past due on changing my HOAT coolant(It has 170k miles and most likely is the same antifreeze from the factory)perhaps that's causing the problem?

1998 Buick Regal GS

I just got a 98 Buick regal, just trying to address a few problems. I bought Haynes repair Manuel, but nothIng for this problem except electrical blueprints. Any help appreciated!

I have about 10 little herb plants (different mints & rosemaries, dill, etc...). Anyways, I wanted to know what some people though of as dependable LED Grow bulbs. All suggestions welcome!!

I don't need 25 sq. ft. coverage, maybe less than 10 sq. ft. coverage would be sufficient. Just a small handful of plants. I do wish to expand, but in that case, I can buy a second bulb later.

Mainly, this is for bad days outside, too cold/windy/stormy/hot?/too lazy to take my plants outside today, lol.

Basically, in a column, I have ### Abcd. When I organize that particular column, I want to organize by the first Letter, not number. Seems to not be an easy button laying around. i have hundreds of addresses, and it would save time by finding a faster solution than copying and pasting the numbers onto a seperate column to the left. You know?

I have just bought(haven't opened yet) the Actron PocketScan CP9125. It was $50. Anyways. It simply shows the code on the screen, and I can scroll down to the next code(if there are more issues with the car), and also erase codes.

The guy at the store explained to me that the reader will show a code, but the code may point to more than 1 POSSIBLE problem. It sometimes will not give a direct code that says: Torque Converter, or O2 Sensors. But it may list some different things and in that list also include Torque Converter.

He was leaning more towards it's not that great with telling you exactly what's wrong with sensors, but other than that, there is no quality difference. I will have to waste a few minutes thumbing through a booklet instead of an instant phrase on the screen(Just gives the code, I have to look it up).

Basically, having said what happened today at the store before I paid for it, I need to know... If there is a problem, even though it may not directly blame one thing, it will not NOT DETECT anything, or will it say there's problem, but just blow up with a list of possibilities??

Motorola RAZR & RAZR v3xx

Since About 6 or so years ago, I had my first RAZR phone. and after a while of having it, my phone would randomly turn itself off. After a while after I got fed up with exchanging phones with Alltel, I contacted Motorola. They made an improvement at the part that swivels the flip phone open and close, it was flat in the middle and they made it more round, apparently some wiring was too close and there wasn't enough wiring to keep the phone functioning solidly. They didn't explain. Anyways, since then, I changed over to a newer phone, poor upgrade, by the way.

Motorola Rival (me and my wife)

It was the Motorola Rival. Slides open to a QWERTY pad. That was nice, it had half decent touch functions. Not bad for a cheap phone. But my phone would randomly turn off after sliding the phone open and closed. I made countless exchanges. My wife would have problems and need to exchange her Rival out too. Right now, to this day, her phone is now doing some weird stuff. She wouldn't be touching it and it would click around randomly. Very weird.

LG enV Touch

The phone I currently have however is the LG enV Touch. I bought one, brand spanking new. Never a scratch or dent(like all my phones before), even the leather case is treated with great attention. My phones are treated like gold. No moisture, water, always wiping off the oils. OCD clean! Okay? Anyways, even with my high standards, the LG enV Touch after a while would turn off between flipping it open and closed. Also, it would turn off in mid conversation, or I would randomly discover it turned off. This even happened a few minutes ago when I was on the phone with some relatives. I can't function right with my phone always killing my calls because they want to turn off. I've made more exchanges with the LG enV Touch than all my previous phone exchanges combined.

Verizon's Claim that this has never happened before

This is utterly ridiculous. I would ask the people at Verizon if anybody else has problems with this phone, and they would deny it every time. "no sir we have never had this problem reported to us before, you are the first customer to complain about this problem". It's a total lie, I've known many people that have this issue.

Hi, my stepfather enjoys eating eggs, unfortunately the only way he will eat them now is hard-boiled. That's fine, no problem, but I think I found a way to cook them without using any oil or butter. I've heard that you can use a seasoned iron skillet and it will naturally be a stick free surface. Just heat the pan up first and drop a little water and watch it sizzle, not dissolve instantly, nor sit on the pan. What I want to know is has any body else done this and what are the tricks I need to know? I'm worried I'm gonna burn some eggs! Thanks

Hey, we have accidently gotten some acryllic paint on one of those big exercise balls. I'm guessing the material is plastic, i'm sure, :-p. But anyways, how do I get it off? Paint thinner? Rubbing alcohol? soap and water(lol, yea right)? Would this stuff just peel off eventually? It just looks alittle ugly, and the white acryllic paint is kinda sticky to the touch, even though it's been dry for about a week now.

Any hope of an answer would be nice!

But it's not all the medical facillities in the State of Georgia. I'd really like to have the doctors offices too, not just hopsitals. Such as Sports Rehab facilities, Diagnostic Imaging Facilities, Clinics, etc. Just any and every medical facility in the State of Georgia. I don't need hospital names, like I said, Wikipedia already has that.

They aren't that big. Sit there and think a second, do you expect these bombs to be as big as an airplane? The next question is weight, not every bomb is awfully heavy. Mexicans go back and forth with boats and then put the drugs on the back of trucks and vans, then high tail into America. They can also drive directly into the US by Desert, and they do have small jeeps that get them back and forth (this is the big dogs we're talking about, not your average farm migrant worker)... Once they're in, they have 1st class access to any major city in the US of A. Nobody is safe.

Oh and by the way, whoever said they MUST be a Mexican to be bad news for America? Al'queda can easily WALTZ into the borders without having to deal with paranoid flight security again. I just got a new Mac Pro Desktop, and I have a problem.... I knew when I bought the tower that it'd have 4 firewire ports on it, but I didn't realize that they were Firewire 800 ports until it came in. I have a bunch of products that come with Firewire 400 cables:

Epson R1800 Printer

30" Monitor(essentially the monitor is a splitter, plug the firewire cable into 1 port on the tower, and I have 2 firewire ports on the back of the monitor)

Seagate FreeAgent Pro External Hard drive

I would much rather buy some converters to get these plugged to the computer than go out and buy all new hardware(maybe someday, a few years from now perhaps). Now my question is this:

Is this dangerous for my products?

Such as my hard drive, will data become corrupt traveling back and forth through a converter?

Printer: Will there be any color inaccuracies in professional photographic prints?

Monitor: Will the devices that plug into this "splitter" and then through a converter to finally plug into the computer be at any risk of corruption as well.

I've got DVI to HDMI and VGA, etc... converters, I know those work just fine. But I've never found myself needing to convert firewire ports before.

I know for sure I at least need just one converter to plug my monitor in, but the hard drive and the printer I could probably get 2 cables with a 400 on one side and a 800 on the other side.

Has anybody done this before? Any problems? No problems? Thank in advance!!

We just got a Xeon processor with 8 cores at 3.2 GHz each. 16 GB DDR3 RAM, and a ATI Radeon 5870 Graphics card, oh, and a 30" HD monitor. I know it's not the ABSOLUTE best of the best, greatest of all computers, but hey... this is pretty good.

We basically got this for photo editing and some video editing with absolutely no inhibition and just to simply get the job done without having to wait for the little things to load.

For the Mac side, i can utilize all of those specifications, but for my Boot Camped Windows Vista 32 bit Home Premium, I can only utilize 2GB, but I'm currently trying to figure how I can get it up to 4 GB like Micosoft's chart states:

Anyways, on the Mac side, obviously, since I can have all 16 GB of RAM at my disposal.... What can I do, perhaps as far as gaming, to push this computer as hard as I can, to see how well it can REALLY perform. I've tried all the games i've had, opened a bunch of files, raw images, and just about anything else, multitasking as hard as I can, and it's just running SMOOTH as if i was only using one program at a time... So, I know Crysis is a great game, but has there been any newer, more demaning games "out there" recently? Most of my gaming I do on my PS3 and Xbox 360, but I really want to slam on the gas pedal one good time basically.

My Mac Pro has 16 GB of DDR3 RAM. I have Boot Camped Windows Vista 32 bit onto it. In Vista, when I right-click on My Computer and click on Properties. I look under System, and the Memory (RAM): states 16.0 GB. But, when I right-click on the taskbar and click on Task Manager, I look under the Performance tab, and there is only 2034 MB of Total RAM under "Physical Memory".

So, System Properties states 16GB, Task Manager states 2GB. The kicker is if you look at Microsoft's wonderful chart of RAM limitations, it shows that my situation should allot me the utilization of 4GB of RAM. Here's the link:

How can I get the other 2 gigs that I should be able to use, according to this chart. I'm entitled to 4 Gigs of RAM, but I'm only utilizing 2 Gigs.... Help anyone!!!

Available at that page is for everybody else's OS and bit differences. The best one I see is if you have "Kernel-mode virtual address space" (whatever that's about) and a 64 bit Windows OS, you can have 8TB of RAM.... ? Who needs that, no... who can even utilize any significant-sized fraction of that capacity?

But anyways, for Physical Memory, under Windows 7 Ultimate, you can plug in 192 Gigs of Physical memory, that's nice... But what motherboard harnesses that many memory slots? LOL.
