I recently got interested in this and I have a few questions about it...

1. I've heard that you use tapers to stretch, and right afterwards (literally the second after) you put in the plug. Is that correct?

2. Do you have to use any material other than acrylic for a taper/plug?

3. Once the stretch is completely healed, is it okay to just use acrylic jewelry?

4. How can you tell when it's all the way healed?

+any helpful tips I may have forgotten to ask about

So I'm 14 years old. In 9th grade. My best friend is a guy, and he's 13 in 8th grade. He's seriously probably the best friend I've ever had, we have pretty much everything in common.

Nothing romantic at all has gone on between us and I'm pretty sure nothing ever will. Too much of a risk of losing a good friendship. My mom seems to like him, way more than she did my ex boyfriend. He's been over a few times to hang out, and they've met, same with him and my dad. (and his mom has met mine). I'm also almost 100% positive that my mom is sure that me and him have nothing going on.

This January, one of our favorite TV shows is coming out. But it's at 10:00 PM, and we want to watch together. As it comes out. The show is an hour and a half long, plus commercials and it'll probably be 2+ hours with everything. So I was wondering, (mom opinions appreciated the most) is there a way that I can get my mom to let him come and watch with me and stay the night?

He doesn't have to stay in my room, though it may be preferred. I can keep the door open, heck, they can take it off its hinges.

Any way that any of these details could help you guys come up with something? Thank you so much, sorry for the long description.

Hey guys! So Here's the story: I'm 15. Yeah, young. But I've been around horses for a long time. I know what I'm talking about. My grandparents friend owns the barn where they keep their two horses (ages 14&17). I've been riding our 17 year old for gaming, but he's also my grandma's horse and she can't ride when I'm over (which is quite often). Anyways, about the new horse. Amber's boyfriend's ex-wife's sister has been neglecting her animals. And she willingly gave them to Amber. Both are paints, both are Malnourished. Both have been tacked and ridden. One is older, in her 20s. Her name is Rumour. Her baby's name is Secret, she's 4. Amber gave me Secret to work on as a project horse. Since she has been ridden and is good at most things (needs polishing) I'm now able to show her (once we get her health cleared and meat on her bones). I was wondering, what are some good/nice names relating to "Secret" that I could use? Feel free to ask questions and check back for answers. Thank you!! :)

He's a 17.2. h Chestnut Appendix gelding. He was a rescue horse. He has no leg markings, but a stripe on his face.

Show name (Barn name)-Reason I like it

Maxed Out (Max)-Due to his height, he's literally 'maxed out'

Knock your Socks Off (Socks)-Because of his lack of socks, we could say they were literally knocked off

Devil's Advocate (Buddy, Bud, Crowley)-Because I am a very hard person to tolerate, people often say I'm a devil (lol I came up with that one) and since he's part TB he's a bit hot headed too, therefore the 'Devil's Advocate' (I'm the devil) (he also looks like the kind of horse to be named Buddy)

Castiel-Don't ask, I think it's elegant, and is the name of an angel. (Funny because of the name just before it)

Las Vegas (Vegas)-I just thought it sounded cool xD

Maximus (Max)-As you may know, it's the horse from Tangled, my favorite animated horse. It also has that elegant ring to it

Perrier-Sounded elegant and seemed to fit him

Hakuna Matata (Kuna)-Unique, like him. Ironic because it means 'No worries' but there were tons of worries whether he'd survive or not when we got him

Intoxicated (Whiskey)-Because in the show ring, they say "And this is [person's name] riding Intoxicated" and I thought that was silly. I also like the name Whiskey..

Kiss my Class (Rowdy)-Just thought Rowdy fit him, and Kiss my Class is goofy

Don't Stop Believing (Journey)-I think that one explains itself

Gucci-I don't know, I just love the name

Mickey Mouse (Mickey)-Long story, personal connection

Striking Image (Striker)-He's a gorgeous color...a striking image

A few days ago, I was driving to my barn to check up on my horses, and I passed a pasture with a really skinny horse. Being me, I turned into the driveway to get its story. It's an Appendix Horse, 5 years old.Broken, extremely gentle (in their words) and an overall good ride. The one thing was, the guy rescued it from a friend's house-where it had been starved-, and he just wants to get rid of it. I'm the only one showing interest, he hasn't even put up an ad anywhere, and hasn't shown signs of wanting to take the time. The horae has been sitting ij that pasture for almost a month now, doing the same thing it has been for the past year or so...sitting. I really want to adopt it, and take it to the barn to fix him up (they say he was a great barrel horse). Can I have your opinions on doing that? What I should do, what you think he'll be like..etc. I know he's friendly, no apparent trust issues, I went and rubbed him down in the pasture.

So I was basically wondering if anyone thinks that big shoulders are attractive. Because I have huge shoulders and they'e super bulky and square and my dad says it's a good thing because some girls get shoulder pads to look like it, but I hate it because I just look terrible in tank tops, swimsuits, dresses, etc. Pictures included, sorry for short description, I asked another one about the same thing with more if you want to see. Ok. So... I've been best friends with this person for about 8 1/2 years now...(yeah, I know, that's a long time.. I've known her since kindergarten.) Recently she's been getting on my nerves, like, a lot. Just about everything she does just irritates the **** out of me. But she's also my closest friend, and if I lost her, I'd..like..die. I'm so self conscious, it's actually pretty unreasonable. And I know that my..you know..teenage-girly hormones are also kinda getting in the way, but I'm also a very impulsive person. I have a 14 yr old 14.2hh Morgan horse that i want to introduce to jumping. Idk if he's done it before, i just want to go over 1-1.5 ft jumps. Is it too late to start training him to do that?

This is all written in ink. But then, it says GERMANY, but it looks like it was stamped on. Another thing on it is that, if you turn the violin so that you’re looking at the back of it, (so you know how at the bottom of the neck on the back there’s that little curvy slope thing that kind of sticks up? (I’ll show you a picture)) well right there, on the half circle that you can see from your point of view, it says GUARNERI with a big triangle and a littler triangle inside of the big one over it. The color of this violin is a really pretty orangeish red. I can post pictures. Thanks!

So me and my boyfriend are in high school and we're kind of... i dont even know. So basically this past weekend me and his friend started texting and stuff (dont worry nothing bad we were just talking) but then his friend called me on sunday and my boyfriend (say his name is.... Robby.) kind of freaked out and got mad and we were talking and he said that when me and his friend talk i flirt with hiss friend (an i dont mean to...) and he gets bothered when i talk to his friend. and we cant fix either of these problems, so today i went without talking to his friend bu Robby still seems really mad, like at lunch he wouldnt talk to me at all and stuff and today we probably talked a couple sentences to eachother. In fact, we actually have little verbal wars on how we love each other more.. (he thinks he loves me more...). And what makes me... i don't know... wonder... is that we have never kissed. We haven't even hugged. When we sit we sit really close together though and hold hands and stuff and a couple times he was sitting on a chair and i went to sit by him (but the chair was so small i was sitting ON him) and we just sat there... then we started holding hands... then i put my head on his shoulder... then he put his head on my head... then i kinda bent my leg so it was at a really acute angle (PLEASE excuse my nerdiness... we're advanced learning kids =P) and my leg was on top of his. Thats the closest we've gotten to each other. And he tells me all the time how he wishes i was with him so he could just kiss me and hug me and not be afraid of that stuff... but when i'm around him he's just... so afraid! My grandma, in her early 60s, has a really good friend who is about 39-ish. He always puts me on his beginner horse, and i'm ready to move up but he apparently isn't. How do i get him to think i'm an experienced enough rider? I have been around horses since i was 7. I help out at a horse camp 3 times a summer. Mario doesn't own a riding academy.
