We submitted an offer on a house, negotiated, and then we accepted their offer. Since we accepted that, the real estate agent who is selling the house told us we were waiting on the bank to sign an addendum. she also told us that there was another offer on the house that was higher. It's been a few days and we are still waiting on the bank to sign. I'm getting suspicious. Is the agent legally allowed to tell the bank that there is a higher offer after we already agreed on the price, but haven't signed an addendum? Could she have lied to get us to accept the offer? If she did do that, what can we do?

Okay. I have had unprotected sex.

Two days ago before bed, I had some bleeding. It was only 2 drops on my panties and a bit on the tissue. There hasn't been any more. My periods are irregular, but usually when they do come they are very heavy.

I have been constipated and I've felt really really hungry. Also, my mother in law smokes and it used to never bother me but now I feel sick. I've been feeling slightly dizzy, especially when I first wake up. I am also sleeping around 10-12 hrs daily vs my normal eight. I become short of breath very easily and I've had some moderate cramping.

Could I be pregnant? Or might it possibly be a miss carriage ?

I'm trying to wait a few days to take a test because I just got what I thought might be implantation bleeding 2 days ago. I got my ovulation induced two weeks ago.

My breasts aren't tender, but I'm pooping and peeing a lot more often, feeling full a lot faster, having stomach aches (nausea) daily, and a few cramps. I also feel tired, and really anxious. Mild headaches. haven't been on my period in a few months but I am irregular. However I have taken 7 pregnancy tests and only one came back with a slightly visible positive line, the rest negative.

I am trying to conceive and I have a doctors appointment Friday. I have been having unprotected sex for a couple weeks so am I just wanting some opinions.

I am living in a house my dad bought me before he died. I was living with my mom and boyfriend but my mom moved elsewhere so my bf and I decided to share the house with some friends. I thought it would be fun and nice to do while we were in college, but it's terrible. Everyone here is about 20. There is my bf and I, another couple and her sister, and then another couple(lesbians). It was okay before the two girls moved in, but they are making my life hell. They let their dog run free and they keep all their stuff in boxes in the yard and the dog tears stuff up in the yard that they won't pick up, they use my dad's piano as a table, they smoke cigarettes in the house when they think I'm gone or asleep, and they bring their drug dealer over after I and my mom asked them not to and leave paraphernalia and drugs laying around. They never clean and leave plates of food sitting around and don't clean after they cook, attracting roaches and mice. They cannot afford rent sometimes because they buy so much pot. They've only lived here for a month and I've already had to ask them and our other friends to find a new place and ask boyfriends mother to move in instead. My questions is this:

I gave them 2 months notice, but I'm afraid they won't leave on time because they have trouble affording an apartment. My bf and I are trying to start our lives and are wanting a baby but I am constantly angry and stressed and wanting to cry. How can I get them out ASAP? I hate them!

Hello. I am a young girl (18+) and my boyfriend and I are trying to have a baby. Now, I don't want any moral lectures or reasons why I shouldn't, whether I am totally unprepared or in perfectly ready, it is not your business and not the question. I just had a few questions. How long did it take you to get pregnant? I've been trying a few months now but only vigorously trying a week or so. I've been tracking my CM and CP but I'm not good at it yet.

Also, in a bit psyched out, as I heard 50% of pregnancies end in miscarriages, and that obese women (which I consider myself, though I am steadily losing weight) have a hard time keeping a baby healthy. Is it really THAT hard to get pregnant?

In Paper Mario the thousand year door, I'm maxed on BP, HP, and FP. I can't earn any more. So every time I get 99 star points, I have to reset to my last save point because it won't let me level up and I can't get past that screen. What do I do?

A few years ago, I had a cheat disk for gamecube that had cheats for several different games on it. I bought it at a game store. I think you put the disk in the gamecube, choose the game, and selected cheats you wanted. Then you took the disk out and put the actually game disk in. I want to buy this again. I've looked all over the Internet and can't seem to find it.

She is about 3 months old, more or less, and I'm wanting her to have kittens. Before you go giving me that 'get all your cats fixed' speech, please cut your fingers off and never type again.
