Hi, so I turned 21 today and I have never had a boyfriend. I'm perfectly fine being single, but it does get old when your two best friends are always going on double dates and talking about their boyfriends. I've been kissed and have been asked out, but I just haven't found a good guy. Also, it's hard for me to find someone because I'm shy and socially awkward. I just feel like there's something wrong with me when everyone is out on a date and I'm by myself.

I've been socially awkward my entire life and I'm about to transfer into a university in a week and a half. I just don't want to miss out on having a good experience there because of this. Any advice?

One of my friends today asked if I wanted to go to this amusement park place with him and his family for his brother's birthday. He and and sister are allowed to bring one friend and she'll be bringing her boyfriend, his brother will probably bring the girl he has a huge crush on, and my friend invited me.

I asked him why he didn't invite my brother instead because my brother is his best friend. He said

"he is my friend, but I'd like you to be my choice." Well, we've been friends sine we were kids and I see him as my second brother. Also our families are pretty close. Lately he's been acting differently around me and I don't like it. I can't see myself with him at all. I had a crush on him when I was in high school, but I had a crush on every guy in high school.

The thought of being anything more with him makes me uncomfortable and the thought of even kissing him grosses me out because it'd be like if I kissed my brother. Anyways, I feel bad saying no. The trip sounds fun if it were a group of us or if everyone wasn't coupled off. To go or not to go? What do you guys think?

Also I'm not looking for a boyfriend right now. I want to focus on school and friends. Dating isn't important to me right now. I don't like the idea of leaving my brother out either, because my friend and his brother are his closest friends and he didn't get an invite. That also kind of ticks me off.

Hi, I'm a college student and I would love more than anything to travel around the world. It's always been a dream of mine. The thing is, however, that I'm having trouble finding some careers that allow me to do that and also pay well. I'm currently majoring in psychology and I love subject, but the jobs for it sound a little boring.

I really need some advice because I feel like I'm running out of time. I want a career that I can be happy with and proud of and I'm worried I'll end up in a dull office job that I'll hate and completely miss out on life. I'm just having trouble right now with my future. I feel like I'm just wasting time and it's driving me crazy because it feels like I'm just waiting for my life to begin.

Sorry I just dumped all that on you guys, but it's something that's been bugging me for a while now.

Okay, so naturally I have beach waves. I usually use a moose (Herbal Essence) to scrunch right after I get out of the shower in order to help create and keep them there. Without it my hair is a weird wavy/straight puffball mess.

Anyways, the thing about the beach waves is that they don't always stay the entire day. They slowly go away and they're also usually frizzy. I just don't know what to do in order to make them look nicer. I'd like to keep my hair natural most of the time because straightening and curling it damages it so much and I love the beachy look, I just can't get my hair to stay that way and frizz free. Advice? Please??

Do they prefer someone pretty or with a stick figure? Do they care about personality at all? I'm just curious because from what I've seen, most guys prefer the stick figure, pretty, shallow girls who just play with them.

I guess I'm feeling a little self-conscious tonight. I'm 20 and I've never even had a boyfriend. I have guy friends but most don't even look at me and I usually get friend zoned for the prettier girls with hardly any body fat that don't even take a relationship seriously or share any of their interests. I care a lot about my future and take my schooling seriously so I know that finding a boyfriend isn't the most important thing right now, but it still hurts when they don't even notice you.

I'm not fat by the way. I take care of my body, but I still have curves which make me feel big when I'm standing next to a very skinny girl. The rest of me is pretty average. I guess I'm just worried it will always be like this. Not to mention that sometimes they see me as just one of the guys because I like video games and superheros even though I dress and act girly.

Opinions? Sorry for sounding so pessimistic.

I mean causal dresses, nothing fancy, with maybe a cardigan or short jean jacket over it. I always want to wear them because I think they're adorable, but I don't want to look weird. I live in a small town so most girls around here walk around in their pajamas or just don't care what they look like so I've always stuck out a bit because I try to dress cute since I love clothes and fashion. I guess I'm just a coward, but still opinions? By the way, I'm 20 and entering my junior year of college so is it okay to wear causal dresses to class?

Hi, so about a month ago (almost exactly) I put some blonde highlights into my brown hair at a salon. I like them but...I'd rather go back to being a brunette. I was planning on going Tuesday to have it changed. Is this too soon?

I'm 19, I'm currently enrolled in a community college and transfering in the fall. My major is elementary education but the more classes I take on it, the more I realize that I don't like kids... I mean sure they're cute and all but after that...not so much I like about them. The problem is I don't know what to do. I don't have any talents and I have a weak stomach so nursing and anything in the medical field is out. I'm artistic and I love music but there aren't any jobs there unless I got lucky and got discovered or something. I thought about being a police detective but I'm not so sure. Mostly just because you have to file so many reports. So suggestions?

Is Facebook going to automatically force you to get timeline sometime soon? Also what are all the pros and cons to it? Personally I don't think I want to see all of my old statuses.
