The Real America
I am 34 years old and live in Conway Arkansas - a comfortable community just north of Little Rock. I operate a branch for an International relocation firm that completes corporate and government relocations worldwide. I was born in Northern Wisconsin and grew up in Michigan, I studied business finance and administration in college and am currently also working on gaining A+ network certification and network security certification - I am pursuing these in my limited spare time. I'm a junkie for good books and read quite a bit on a diverse range of topics. I particularly enjoy religious history, anything of a scientific nature, and true crime books. I travel quite a bit for my job and have worked throughout the South, Southeast, and Midwest parts of the country. My previous employer was a Fortune 200 energy and communications conglomerate for whom I worked in retail operations and mergers & acquisitions. That's me in a nutshell.
Safe Dosages of Ibuprofen and Acetominophen combined.?
Taking prescription Vicoprophen 7.5 / 325 as well as Oxycodone 10 / 500.
My question is:
I am aware that the maximum dosage of Acetominophen is 4g daily to be safe. However, I also take the vicoprophen containing ibuprophen - I know this is a lot less toxic on the liver than the Acetominophen, but how much is it safe to take in a 24 hour period between the two?
In case any wise-@55es need to know, I am a chronic pain patient with sacroilitis and serious compressions in L4 - L5 - S1, not a recreational abuser. Thanks in advance for your help.

Two days ago, my Hotpoint refrigerator began making a loud buzzing noise - similar to a hockey buzzer - when the cooling cycle begins. It lasts about 3 to 4 seconds and then quits. The refrigerator and freezer are cooling fine. What could it be? Thanks for your time.

I believe the first amendment protects you from reprisals only from government and government agencies. Private interests are being forced to allow anyone to do and say anything they wish, even if it does not reflect the private views.
If a friend of mine states a position which I do not agree with, and as a consequence I choose to stop being their friend - should the ACLU be allowed to sue me and force me to remain their companion? What is the difference between that and private business interests? Your opinions please.

17000 scientists have signed on indicating that global warming is a farce. Historical data now indicates that the earth was warmer at several points in history. New Antarctic research indicates the ice pack is growing and it is colder than ever in recorded history. Does anyone else read and check facts for themselves or just allow themselves to be spoonfed what the media wishes?
