its Christmas eve and I just cant get to sleep because I cant stop thinking about Christmas even though I m super tired ive tried almost everything

Ok so I haven't actually swallowed any food but here's what I did and if I'm honest its kind of gross

First I chewed up a hash brown and spat it out and made sure to get every last piece of food out of my mouth before washing my mouth out with water.

I did the exact same thing with a bread roll. I also drank 1/2 a teaspoon of hot chocolate. I've drank loads of water too

Today Ive had a hash brown but I chewed it up to get the flavour and spat it out and then I washed my mouth out with water.

ive also had a half of a water cracker and did the same thing I did with the hash brown with it.

ive drank a sip of hot chocolate and I went for a walk to burn some of the calories

how many calories have eaten today and how long will it take if I walk to burn them off??

it was just a bit I spilled on the floor (half a capful)

Do I need to take him to the vet or is he gonna be ok. could it be fatal

Ok so my grandfather is 64 so he s not THAT old and I m 13 he is always nasty about me and says horrid things about me and makes my mum think I m being disrespectfull. Hes always commenting on how I look hes always telling me either my clothes look stupid or tells me I look too mature for my age (which I can help since its not like I wear makeup and I mostly just wear hoodies and jeans which I think is suitable for all ages) but recently hes been saying REALLY sexual things about me and asking me really sexual questions and hes been getting closer to me and doing things he never used to like he ll put his arm round me but as he s doing it he makes sure to touch me in the chest are if you get what I m ssaying. and when I evet sit near him he ll out his hand on my lap which isn t too odd but he always end up somehow with his hand near my butt or somewhere else it deffinately shouldn t be

I try telling my mum but he s so manipulative he can get anyone believing everything he always plays innocent and plays on his age saying things like he has shakey hands or its his eyesight and perception isssues but I can tell its on purpose

whats worse is soon my mum wants him to check in on me and my little brother when shes at work

Ok so recently Ive been stressed out. My mum works 10 hour shifts and I have to take care of my 2 siblings aged 8 and six. I literally have to do all the household chores. I have to cook, clean do my homework then help them two with their homework. I also cant eat dairy so it takes me forever to actually get eveyones meal served and also when my mum is home she is constantly complaining about what ive done wrong and calls me lazy. She also dosent do any jobs herself all she does is literally just work eat and sleep. And when I say cook I mean she expects me to properly cook a homecooked meal which I can do but its hard to since my brothers are always running round and I like to keep an eye on them. im expected to take them out and go shopping and stuff I pick them up from school .I also have a hard time cleaning up because because one them is always having a tantrum so am I actually just lazy or do I have too many responsibilities

Ive been self harming for a couple of months now. I'm 13 and go to school so I also worry about people in school finding out especialy in PE. I cut myself and burn myself I know its bad but it I do it because it only hurts for a short second and then it feels good and my cuts and burns are becoming more and more evident because I have 9 cuts and 6 burns. Once she suspected I did and she seemed sorta mad about it but I Just said the kitten did it (which she believed because he loves to scratch the hell out of me). I want to get help as Ive been doing it more and more and now anytime around my mum I feel guilty and really anxious about her finding out.

Any help would be appreciated.
