We're looking for the answer in the most general form, ie the answer from Wolfram Alpha is too complex but I'm not sure how to even get to that point? Thanks!

I haven't done Algebra for more than a year and now I have summer homework going into Algebra 2 and I need to solve Algebra 1 problems for this homework. I completely forgot how to graph inequalities, and which kind of graph to use for them. If you could help me determine which graph to use for this problem, that'd be great. On the computer I'm trying to get wireless on, I went to the Help and Support center and tried to figure it out. It gave me instructions to manually set it up. They were "1. Open network connections" I opened that. "2. Click the wireless network connection icon" When I looked for that icon, it wasn't there. Any ideas on how I can get it to show up there? Thanks!
