Heading up to Lake Tahoe on Dec 10 (Incline Village to be exact) and I was wondering if I can just buy chains for my Camry (4-cylinder) or will I need a 4WD vehicle? We will be departing from Riverside CA. Thanks in advance.

Yes I understand our pick isn t guaranteed and even then not for sure a top two but if this all works out then we can have him off the bench developing his first year or two. If he becomes a star then you can always move Barnes to bench or trade him. Also signing Conley will drastically help the Lakers pg play both offensively and defensively, and by sliding Russell over, he can still develop and learn under both Conley and magic s guidance. I m also being realistic here with the fact that they probably won t land Durant. So yea what do you think?

For example, I work for a company that uses a temp agency based out of Arizona and they don't pay us overtime if we work over 8 hours in one day, only if we work over 40 in a week. They also only pay us 2-hours instead of the 4 hours that is mandatory for a full time job when sent home early. Should they be abiding by California Labor Laws? Is there anything I can do about this?

I know his debut with the lakers wasn't very great but they badly need a point guard and it's not like they're doing much better with the other players. There's nothing to lose and he can only improve on his performance. You never know, he has to have been a draft pick for a reason.

My girlfriend had requested her vacation days earlier in the year for this coming week because it's her birthday on the 2nd of November. Her manager twice assigned her extra vacation days without my gf accepting them and when she asked the manager if this would affect her for her November vacations, she told her it wouldn't because she supposedly had extra days left. Come this week her manager tells her she'll give her the days off (5 of them) but all unpaid because she doesn't have any vacation days left. Sounds like the manager messed up and doesn't want to fess up to it and she is forcing my gf to take unpaid days off. Is there anything she can do to fight this?

Yes I'm a laker fan but i think it can be pulled off if you throw in some picks and some rookies to entice deals

I think this helps all three teams, the Lakers move on from Gasol and put Bynum to dominate the paint while also getting rid of Walton and they get good defensive wing and good pg

Portland might struggle a bit but I believe they are going into win now mode so Gasol would help there with a frontline of him and Aldridge and if Roy can play better this season they would be dangerous

And as for phoenix they pick up young players and dump a few contracts to start the rebuilding process

i think it gives the bobcats a much needed pf in odom and a decent center in mihm (both expiring contracts) and for the lakers wallace gives them that defensive boost they need as for may and aijinca they're just used to balance out the salaries and make it work neither may or aijinca are gettin quality mins or being effective anyways so lakers can dump may in the summer and maybe produce aijinca into a solid backup center if nothin else then dump him in 2010
