What is considered natural? If i take supplements such as Jack3d and C4 am I still natural?

Hello, today I downloaded crysis 2 and my pc could not handle it. It runs at about only 5-10 fps. I dont really know much about computers btw. how do I choose a new video card? does it have to be a specific video card that is designed with my pc or can it be any?

Hi, ive been drinking coffee for 1 year. I drink 2 cups each day. One during lunchtime and one after school. I only drink it because im really tired because my teachers give so much homework. One time i didnt even sleep because there was so much homework and I have to study. I also been experimenting with different drinks like monster and redbull and even the shots like 5hour energy and street king. I think that i am now addicted to caffeine. is this bad? what are the cons. I started drinking at age 14 and now im 15

Ok, here the story

I was using her computer to do homework and then I went to facebook because I was bored and it was still logged into her account. It says that shes married to a guy and i read her messages from him because it was interesting. They talk like they are so in love and it makes me sick. I known her for all my life and she isnt like this at home. She started going to "her friends house" but im guessing that its the guy on facebook.
