My fiance and I have a 3 year old and another one in the way, due any day now. We are also engaged to be married in a couple of months. He also has an almost 5 year old son with a previous relationship. For a little more than 4 years they had an arrangement for money she would receive monthly. She always threatened with Child support even though she was being helped. She kept the child away for long periods of time. She even claimed the child told her I had hit him and used that as an excuse as to why he could not come over our house any more. This never happened, I wasn't even home that day. She has this strange obsession with me, she tries to befriend my acquaintances and asks them all kinds of questions about me and talks horribly about me. This issue bothers me but I don't want to retaliate and get him into trouble so I pretty much ignore it all the time, which I feel aggravates her more. She even went as far as to move a couple of blocks from our house and a walking distance of my job! she even got a membership to my place of work so she could go there. Her insults towards my Fiance get worse and worse especially the last couple of months. Since she found out about the new baby and us getting married. It is becoming almost unbearable. He tries his best to keep her away and I have heard the arguments they have when he defends me from her senseless rants. I keep thinking with time she will relax, move on and be happy but she doesn't, it only gets worse. We are getting married in May and she has been telling my fiance she is going to get me for what I got because once we get married we will be joined financially. Really... I need some advise as to how to handle this situation, I don't like arguing and being messy and I can't smack her because she will send me to jail plus that is pretty much what she wants. Also, what are my choices as far as my finances being sseparatefrom his once we are married?. He continues to pay her and see the child when he can which is so unfair because he loves his son and he really is a good father. What can I do?

I had been Employed by a company for 2 years. On December 1st our company was bought over by another company. I am 29 weeks pregnant and planned on going on leave with the company I was employed by for 2 years in early February. We found out a about the buy a few days before. After the buy the company screened us and decided who they would hire for the new company. I was kept in my possition, many of my co-workers were demoted or not taken as employees. However, we have to go through a mandatary 90 day probation. I don't have 90 days. My child will be born in less than 65 days. and to top it all off my doctor wants to pull me out of work because fo some complications I'm having with my pregnancy. I was told by the new company because I will not be able to fullfil my 90 day probation, they cannot guarantee my job post pregnancy. They said I can re-apply then and if there are possitions available I would be considered for hire like a new person. My question really is... can I apply for Unemployment benefits still since I have only technically been employed by the new company for 8 days if I quit? Can I only qualify to recieve Disability because of the pregnancy? What are my options? I'm confused....

If I enter an 8 week layaway plan with Kmart online, can I pay it sooner to get my stuff sooner or do I have to wait the 8 weeks? The website doesn't seem to answer that question.

the stcker on my plate was peeled off my car, I cut throgh it and alll that but yeah... The plates are still there just missing stcker. I didn't even notice it until I got a ticket. What do I do now? Are they gonna charge me for a replacement?

I am 8 weeks pregnant with my second child. These 8 weeks have been very different than my first child, I crave fruit and odd things rather than sweets and candy like with my 1st chld. I didn't get any stretchmarks with my son so am I more bound to get them with this one? Any tips? pointers?

The doctor gave me a referral to the obgyn, then they referred me to a high risk specialist. I get horrible panic attacks and they have increased dramatically over the past few months so the doctor switched me from Lorazepam to Xanax. I stopped taking the pill today. I want to have a healthy baby and I know that stress isn't good but I'm afraid I may have already cause some damage to the fetus... has anyone been on Xanax while pregnant?

I petitioned my mother last year to become a United States Resident. She became a legal resident around August last year. Do I have to claim her on my taxes? I didn't make much last year, probably like 5,000 but I went to school for Beauty and most of my money came from doing hair. I got my w2 from school and my loans... Do I have to claim her? and am suppose to put down the money I made from hair? I was going to file online myself, like I did for the past 2 years... I'm just not sure.... anybody help?

My 2 year old woke up about 5 minutes ago and I noticed he has all these rashes in his body, they look like bug bites but there are way too many. On his face, arms, legs, stomach! What is going on? I'm getting ready to take him in to Emergencies but does anyone know what it could be?

I applied at this gym I owe money to since I was 18 I'm 23 now, they even sent me to commections. They called me for an interview, will they hire me? or should I just not waste my time?

I recently applied at a gym to which I owe about 1,000 to in collections, This happened since I was 18 and I am now 23. Will this affect my chances on getting that job?

ok, so I have a history of anxiety attacks, my doctor used to prescribe Lorazepam but today he swiched it... He gave me Xanax... Isn't this bad? No offence to anyone but I always thought it was for crazy people or like super depressed... I don't think Im either...

I came up with a little high pressure today and I haven't gotten a period in 2 weeks which is very strange for me I'm usually very on-time.. . I told all this to my doctor and he prescribed me this. He said to come back in 2 weeks for a pregnancy test if I hadn't already gotten my period... Should I change doctors? he didn't realy explain it to me and I'm kinda scared to take them.

ok, so I have a listing up on ebay for an ipod dock. It ends in 2 hours and I don't know what to do because I no longer have this item... It was stolen along with other things earlier today. It's about $40.00 and most likely it will end in that price. Can I take it down still? How do I fix this?
