i have no fallopian tubes and one ovary with a 28 day cycle real regular like clock work. and fiancee has no kids. i want to have some fertility work done or help what are my choices and how much of a success rate do they have im 28 still young have had a natural birth 10pds 8 oz son so i can get pregnant just with help really want baby so bad help please

i had both my tubes removed and one ovary. so i still have periods and my doctor told me he left the other one in so i could have in vitro fertilization. does this work at a high success rate and how long does it take. i have a son already but my fiancee doesnt and we get married in two weeks he wants to pay for me to do this i hope works.
