I just moved into a new bedroom and need help decorating it. Nothing too complex but would like to know what color bedding, small furniture, computer desk, drawer to get.

My room has one burgandy colored wall and the rest of the 3 walls around the room are beige. The floor is made out of tan tiles.

I would like black,grey,charcoal like colors but from what i've heard its not going to look good at all and I heard colors like gold which I DONT want would go with it. Any ideas which colors would go with the burgandy and beige painted room?

The last few days I've noticed a loss of strength on my pinky and ring finger. Ive been on the keyboard a lot and i think my arms werent in a good position. I dont really feel numbness but more like a lack of strenght on those 2 fingers and very occassional i feel like a needle like pain on parts of my arm. No real pain but more like a lack of strength and my other fingers in the hand feel just fine.

I had a question. Im surrendering a vehicle due to being unable to meet the payments. Years ago me and my father got the car loan together with his name on the title. Then i reconsolidated the car loan under my name only but I dunno what happened to the name on the title. I don't know if the bank moved it to my name or left it as is.

Even if its under my fathers name but the entire loan is under my name. I understand the repo will hurt my credit. Does it matter who's name is on the title? Will it affect him or would the credit union automatically switch the title to the banks name and mine when I got a loan under that car title? I understand it will affect mine..just dont want it to affect his.

My dog has had problem with one of his back legs. for the last several weeks it has seemed bothersome for him but never though much about it. My dashund is 13 years old so he is pretty old.

But just today his back leg seems really stifff. Sometimes he can get up and move a little and sometimes it seems like he just drags himself because he cannot raise the leg. I know its due part of the cold that is making it worse but not sure if he just injured it today.

Can i use bengay on the leg to help it? havent been able to find anythng if its safe to us. Just to help out with any serious pain until tomorrow when i can take it to a vet. Any ideas? thanks

I have 35,000k in debt. Most is unsecured debt but this amount does not include student loans which is a decent amount. I make 30k a year but I'm barrely keeping up with my bills.

Tried negotiating with my creditors but some were helpful some were not. But see im hanging in there except for one big problem.

My federal student loans for this semester dont cover all my classes and I DO NOT have the money for pay for the remaining tuition. Ive tried getting a private student loan and consolidating my debt but got dissaproved. I dont have bad credit but too much credit.

If I dont go to school in 6 months my student loans will require payment. I want to go to school and that is what is most important to me. A second job might help me pay it but wouldnt be able to go to school.

Im thinking of filing Chapter 7 for get rid of all my debt. I understand wont get rid of my student loans which is fine. I will be able to pay my tuition if my debt gets erased and can spend the remaining years studying for my degree while rebuilding my credit.

Ive tried A LOT to consolidate and lower my debt but its come to a point where i dont have money for school and my parents would love to help but can't.

Any recommendations? Chapter 7 bankruptcy? Thank you all.

I was trying to join the Navy but got PDQ from MEPS "BEFORE" I went into the physical most likely because of a colon pull I had when I was an infant and have suffered from incontinence for most of my life.

I've been trying to get info from the recruiter but I can tell that he sees me as a lost cause and is busy with other things now. I've thought about trying another service like Army or Marines.

But I'm thinking of getting sacral nerve stimulation which is a little electrical implanted device that should fix my current issue. Even if its successful and try again for the military later would a implanted device disqualify me even if I no longer suffer from incontinence and fit as a bull? Thanks!

I know im pretty much dead in the water and I know that but thinking about a few options here. Hope some people have had luck or any advice with these.

I want to call the recruiter on Monday and see if there are anyway I can fight this. Private Doctor visit or anything? I've heard of a recruiter to going to their own medical dept? I mean there has to be something I can do?

When I was an infant I had a colon pull and had some slight nerve damage on my sphicter muscles and had surgeries to fix this No trouble since except I have to be careful with possible incontinence. I've read the medical guidelines I know thats a disqualification. no need to post those.

But I know its case by case and well is there ANYTHING I can try or do? i mean if im pretty much dead in the water I have nothing to lose.

I've even thought about trying to see what the Army or Marines can do? I know Ive heard the doctor will disqualify you for all services but ive heard exceptions can be made for services that need people.

At this point guys I do want to serve but I want to go in for the training and money for school. Just looking for ANY IDEAS I can do. Thank you all for your time.

Hey guys and gals. Quick questions for the military experts.

I was trying to enlist in the Navy. Got an 84 on my ASVAB. Great Health. Had a few operations when i was an infant. No problems since.

The Navy recruiters sent the paperwork to MEPS to schedule a physical. The Doctor there disqualified me and won't let me take the physical. I've heard there is nothing I can do and the Navy said at this point they can't do anything.

Anything I can do? Try another service(heard its the doctor for all branches) But I just would like an advice.

Am I dead fish in the water or anything else I can do?

I'm a student that has made a few bad choices like a lot of people. Got myself into debt but still in school. My question is this. Its come to a point where I might need to walk away from my credit card and other debt(15k) in order to finance my education. Federal Loans might not be enough and because I have so much debt I can't get a private loan for school w/o a cosigner(which I dont have at this time)

I understand this will ruin my credit score but will allow me to continue my education. I'm planning on starting to pay down the debt hopefully after I graduate and get a better paying job. Has anybody done this? I know it will help my credit once I pay it back but probably not much. And I understand that some employers if not all might check your credit. Right now Im trying to work things out with my creditors but its just worse case scenario.

Basically. I would walk away from my debt and pay it back and soon as I can. 2-3 years probably? Any advice? Thank you

I was hoping for some advice on how I can negotiate with my credit union regarding negative info listed on my credit report.

I have a loan out that I have paid for the past year and its always been current except for one month I fell behind and it was reported as 30 days past due which affected my credit score quite a bit.

Im planning on calling the credit union to see if anything can be done to remove this info but could use some help on what I could say to them to convince them. I know they can remove it but its an uphill battle. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I have been working out for the past month doing bench press, dumbell weights, jogging etc. But just recently I applied to the local police department because the opportunity just came up. But the physical is in 2 weeks and I need to be able to do 40 pushups and 40 situps in a minute if I want to pass.

I tried today. I could only do 10 reps at a time. Harder than I thought LOL. Bench pressing didn't pay off i guess. But my question is this. What is the best way to prepare for the 40 pushups and situps in 2 weeks? Do them everyday? Do them every other day? I'm cutting my other excercises with weights because I'm focusing on the pushups and situps. I know the 1.5 mile run and sprint I'll be able to do.

Any recommendations on what I can do to make sure I can do 40 pushups and 40 situps in a minute? thank!

Hi guys im in my 20s and well like some young people I got myself into debt. Total is about 32,000 with 18,000 as secured debit(personal loan using my car title). I can make the payments but its stretching me thin. im paying somewhat on time but I thought I ask for some help.

Ive thought about calling my credit card companies and a bank which I have a secured and unsecured loan and see what I could do but ive heard of these debt consolidation companies and well honestly not sure what they can do for me?

I take home roughly 1,600 every month after taxes so I can afford payments but Im hoping to consolidate everything and maybe get my debt reduced somehow without runing my credit score.

Yes ive thought about bankruptsy but im not suffering and its really a stretch. But I would like to lower my debts somehow and pay them off as much as I can. Any advice on which company to try or any stories on how they cleared up their debt? Any help would be really appreciated! thanks

I've expanded my wardrobe to include nice dress shirts and ties for work. But honestly I'm still a student and still learning about fashion. Im planning on buying a navy blue suit because the only one i have is black. But searching the web Ive heard many things about why its not right to wear black?!? Where did this come from?

I've always worn black with many shirts, white, red, blue, gray and pink. Never once has anyone mentioned the black suit and its the one I used to the interview. Where did this anti-black suit come from? Just thought I would ask

I work for a company that is pretty big and I work in a big building. Its a professional company but I work in client services where I'm on the phones a lot. I had a question about dress codes and getting noticed.

The company does have a code and its usually a dress shirt or polo with slacks. i've been coming in with dress shirts but with a tie and occassionally a suit which I've gotten nothing but compliments from the people around me. People do wear suits but are in management. Do you think I should keep this up?

I'm doing great at my job and well honestly I love wearing suits and ties. But well I'm just trying to get noticed so I can move up within the company. Any people out there went through anything like this? thanks!

Hey guys I'm really confused about how to adjust timing. My car has had some mods but I feel like its "lacking" something. My friends told me to try adjusting the timing but how exactly do I do that? I had some limited mechanic knowledge and not sure if its done automatically by programming the PCM or manually. I'm guessing adjusting the timing by degrees would affect performance but what kind of numbers am I looking for? thanks!

ok I havent really looked into this but I would to see if anyone has any detailed advise. I stay at home a lot and i guess just recently it hit me is that i really dont feel comfortable going out and being around with a lot of people because i get anxious and sometimes i panic and get upset and just want to get out.

Why do you ask? Since i was an infant I had an embarrassing medical condition and was made fun of and had a lot of embarrasing moments. but now im in my 20s and everything is still ok but i feel like this still affects me and i just realized it. Its hard to go out and move out.

My question is this. Im going to my Doctor to let them know about this because something said there are Anxiety medications out there and i feel like i have nothing to lose. But i dont understand. If I do get prescribed what EXACTLY will they do?!?

My friend has a 1998 Dodge Stratus. She told me that today she started the car when it was cold and it was on but wouldnt run when she switch to Drive and the car goes but a couple of seconds later its still running but will no longer go...

after sitting there running for 10 minutes until it warms up the car runs just fine. it is around 30-40 degrees but not sure if that is a problem or not? havent changed the oil in a good while and not sure if im missing anything.

This isn't much of a question but I want some feedback on what you guys would do with your pet. My pet was feeling very bad like if he was in pain and we thought there was some blockage. My parents told me to take him to a vet so I did.

I wanted X-Rays done because i wanted to know what was going on and was of course very afraid like most of you i love my animal and so does my parents.

Good news is that my dashund had a pinch nerve and nothing serious came out of it. Got some medictions and was so glad it wasn't blockage. It was pretty pricey. 400 bucks for everything and I really didnt think much of it. It was an emergency center and they took really good care of my dog.

Come home with good news but then my parents thought it was a waste of money considering my dog didnt have blockage. If it wasn't for the x-ray it wouldnt of known for sure and it could of been a disc or back problem. Honestly this got me very upset. What would you guys have done?

hi guys. i hope I could get some answers from the community here.

I have a 6 year old dashund that seems to be having some problems. We believe this started friday night and today is sunday and it still seems to be bothering him.

My dog seems to still move around but rarely. when he moves his back feet are really close together like if he is struggling to move. THe area around his stomach and intestines seems to be pretty hard and when he lightly touch it after it while it seems to hurt him. Not sure what is going on or if it might be a blockage somewhere.

just wanted to see if anybody have had that problem with your dog and what happened? surgery etc?

There is an animal emergency center in town open today but not sure if its necessary to take the dog or just go ahead and wait unti tomorrow morning for the vet. any help would be truly appreciated! thank you!

My eye is swollen..pretty bad. Its really red inside and was wondering if its just an allergic reaction or is it pink eye?

i got bit on my eye lid from an insect(most likely an ant) and in two days it swelled up. I think because I was using too much eye drops.

well anyways on the top of my eye lid I can feel sharp pains. like if there is a small needle in there. I did wake up with the eye shut because of the mucus but I took it off.

Not sure what to do. I tried putting benadryl but would eye drops for red eyes do anything? i was going to head over to walgreens to see what I could find. But not sure what type of infection I have. Thanks. Too late to see a doctor because its the weekend ;)
