If so, what is it called?

I dont know what to do. She has the bump on her neck, seems not to eat, and sits in her water bowl for hours at a time. I read something about it being fluid retention and that I should see a Vet. I cant afford a Vet bill right now. Does anybody know of any home remedies I could use or if not. Is there anywhere I could give her up for adoption where they could help her. I am in Inglewood, CA, Los Angeles County. I'd rather lose her to someone who can help her than lose her to death. Please let me know ASAP, I dont want it to be too late. She is still pretty active. Get back at me. Thank you.

Do I use Dish soap or is there something else? Because Ive heard I should not use spray cleaners like 409, Awesome, etc... Or do I just clean it with just water and paper towels. Please share the knowledge, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do I make this trade? I know my team is solid. But I dont want solid. I want a Championship team. And alot of answers have said to get another QB. But the only QB on the market to trade for is Josh Freeman and they want Julio Jones and the other is Matt Ryan. But I feel like it wont be worth it to trade for either guy and lost points that a WR or RB could give me when Luck wont give me much less. Julio Jones I like, but he hasnt been too consistent.

Which 2 our of these 3 should I start?? Julio Jones doesnt play well at home so far this year and he goes against the Cowgirls stingy Pass D. Dez goes against a somewhat Stingy D in ATL as well. And Josh Gordon goes against the easiest Pass D of the 3 in Baltimore. But didnt do much last week.

Im thinking Dez and Josh. Cuz Julios been horrible for me when he plays at home so far this year. What do yall think?

Do I trade Darren Sproles for Josh Gordon? Its a 3WR, 2RB League. No flex. Im big on Gordon, I think hes gonna put in work the rest of the way, Weedens not too shabby and thats his favorite target. And Sproles, he is a good flex sometimes, but too inconsistent. I dont want biweekly, when Im only going 2 RB's So Im wonderin if I should make this trade, and try and trade Julio Jones whos been a bust thanks to Roddy, Julio and maybe leshoure or green for a better RB than Leshoure. Cuz I want a team to take me to the 'Ship. Not just a solid team.
