I know its a while off but I would like to know what you all think. Be honest

ok so the other day I was with my friend and we were on hiking in the woods and we were crossing a road (we are in the berkshires by the way) and there was the big black cat it was about 2.5 feet at the shoulder it must have been 70 or so pounds, with bright green eyes in the road. now people have told me it was a dog but dogs dont have eyes like that nor do they have a catlike tail, so then they tell me it was a coyote but coyotes arent pitch black and they are too skinny.

can someone help me here? what did I see?

(people also say it was a fisher, fishers are too small)

(also it was not a bear, bears are too chubby)

we currently have a 5 month lab puppy (yellow) but she is a guide dog in training and will go become a guide soon. the doggie will be crated from around 9-12 then out for 1 hour then be crated from1-3

I am 11 (pee wee) years old and I am hoping to make my towns travel team next year. I am a pretty good player but just not good enough to make the travel team, any suggestions? Thanks.
