A close friend of mine recently was pulled over for reckless driving. He passed the field sobriety test and the breathalyzer, but because they smelled alcohol, he was forced to get blood work done. Is this legal? This happened in Pennsylvania.

I have a mess of loans through AES. I am able to pay them all at once online through the AES website. Would it be best for me to go ahead and pay that way, or consolidate the loans? What are the pro's and con's and what is the cheapest way out? It says for most of the loans that after 24 and 36 consecutive on-time payments that there is a rate reduction... how much of a reduction would it be and would this save more than consolidating the loans? Should I consolidate through AES or another company?

On the smart chargers for NiMH batteries, what is the difference between the trickle and fast charge setting? Obviously, I understand that one will charge faster than the other, but what is the purpose of this feature? Is it to eliminate the amount of heat being created in the charging of the battery?

My truck calls for 6 qts of 5w30 and I put in one five quart jug of 5w-20 and one quart 5w-30. Same brand and all, just didn't notice the 5w-20 til afterwards. Will this cause serious complications?
