Last year about, i started to get panic attacks, at the time I actually didnt know they were, until i told my mum, and she explained to me that they were panic attacks, i got them in a crowd of people, but sometimes i got them when i was just sat there, or when someone was knocking on the door.. any who.. since I was about 13-14 I wouldnt go to the shop on my own, and I still dont, I refuse to go to pay for something by myself, or go to the shop, and I wont be left alone inside a shopping center or any shop really.. I shake when ever I go in social situations, even if Im going into my school canteen, i shake having to pay for something.. I realised how bad i had gotten, when I was even sahking having to phone for a taxi, and I was stuttering asking for a taxi... Im 16 btw.

Im trying to stretch from 6mm to 8mm, ive been at 6mm for about 3-4 weeks, and it was fully healed, no pain nothing..

I can only get the 8mm taper in half way and it burns, is there anyways that will help it can go in

Ive been baby sitting my brothers baby girl for 2 days whilst they go on a 3 day holiday break.. shes a really good girl.. but since having my dog shes really rough.. she throws her toys and him, and hits him.. Ive told her no, and 'be nice' but whenever he goes near her she hits him.. she doesnt show signs that she doesnt like him, she doesnt cry, If I have her on my knee she shouts doggy and giggles.. Any advice?

1/2 a cup of pure orange juice

3ml of concentrated blackcurrent juice

Ive currently stopped getting therapy for my eating disorder, as with moving and stuff is keeping me occupied, and Ive not had much time to spare.. However I have been getting on fine.. But my weight isnt rocketing as much as I expected.. Ive been 90lbs for the past couple of weeks.. Its almost the highest ive been since my eating disorder started.. Im trying to gain weight as I feel unexpectidly pregnant.. My dietitian and doctor told me, since my periods were all over the place, that I would be unable to conceive until my weight is stable enough for my periods to get into a pattern.. However, wrong they are and I'm determined to try and get better.. Ive heard so many bad stories about udnerweight people losing there babies, and I dont want this to happen.. But I'm scared I will because my weight isnt going up.. I eat about 1500 calories a day.. Im trying really hard, and Im getting down because I feel ugly.. but I dont want to kill a life inside of me, it just frustrating me because trying all this hard, eating all that in one day and nothings working..

Does anyone know why?

Im 5-6 weeks pregnant, and ive got a super bad abdominal pain, like someones punching me in the stomach.. Its not the trapped wind type..

Ive tried telling my partner, but due to my anorexia he seems to think its just hunger pains.. but im not hungry.. I'm in recovery and eating every calorie I should..

For christmas I was given a colourworks eyeshadow palette, im wondering if colourworks have names for any of there eyeshadows.. weird question i know but.. if so where can i find the names as I the palette didnt come with names.
