Am I a good MW3 player?
I have been playing cod MW3 for about a year on Xbox, I usually come first in most matches.
In team death match I'll get an average of about 20 kills and 10 deaths. On game modes like team defender I can get a lot more kills. My KDR is about 1.3 but my brother uses my account so the stats are not reflective of me.
I would like to play with any one on Xbox, my gamertag is Chromozorz
Thanks.
1 AnswerOther - Entertainment8 years agoValency of immunoglobulins?
Hello I am doing questions on different immunoglobulins for uni work. It has asked me to give the valency of various immunoglobulins. How do I go about finding this information? I know it refers to the number of binding sites but how do I figure out the valency? I know I can go onto wikipedia and search each respective immunoglobulin but what structures-residues-motifs etc are characteristic of the binding sites so I can maybe work these out from 3D images or amino acid sequences?
Thanks.

5 AnswersInjuries1 decade agoStopping sticky ends reannealing?
When I use a restriction endonuclease to cut a plasmid and create sticky ends, how do I stop them reannealing before I can add my gene of interest. Is it just left to probability or is it capped or what??
I really should know this lol Thanks!

3 AnswersChemistry1 decade agoGenital mutilation; when is it acceptable?
Under what circumstances other than religion is genital mutilation of an infant acceptable. Other than of course if it needs to be done to relieve the infant of physical suffering. I believe this to be a complete degradation of the human condition. I would like to hear some views, and I thank you all in advance.

I'd like to hear peoples views on it, I have my own but it's an interesting topic. (In terms of evolution obviously.)
1 AnswerBiology1 decade agoEvolution, not a stupid question!?
I study evolutionary genetics. Along the way I have met people who accept evolution but do not accept that humans are a result of evolution and they refuse to accept they are animals. Is this mental dishonesty or what other explanation can someone offer (as to why they don't accept a human as an ape/animal)?
7 AnswersBiology1 decade agoWhen is DNA Pol II used in DNA replication? HELP PLEASE :)?
Is used in just prokaryotic replication or eukaryotic replication also?? Also is the looping of the lagging strand consistent throughout all organisms (generally), alot if animations show the DNA pol III jumping to the numerous primers on the lagging strand, although it is my understanding that the two polymerases are joined at the replication fork and therefore cannot 'jump' which would mean the looping of the lagging strand is essential. Thanks for your help.
