Long story short, i started dating this girl we ll call "P" about 8 months ago. And the other girl i "talk" to is called "E". P and E have known each other for a few years, whereas I have known both of them for about 10 months. (I ve known E a tad bit longer than P). So P and I really started talking and getting serious but all the while i was casually and innocently talking to E. I didnt know that P and E disliked each other, and that P was faking their entire friendship. For the past few months my girlfriend P has really taken a disliking to me talking to E in any way. I continually tell her thats its completely innocent (E and i literally snapchat once per day to keep our snapchat streak). E and I are fans of rival football teams so we occasionally banter about that. P, of course, gets mad about this. Soo to anyone who read all this, am i in the wrong? I dont want my girlfriend P to be mad because i love her so so much. But also, i dont want to lose the friendship i have with E. Is it wrong to associate with someone my girlfriend hates? Any insight would be appreciated, thanks

my brother is 17 years old. almost 18. he doesn't believe in God. he also drinks and smokes weed. my parents make him to go church with us every sunday, but he doesn't believe 1 word. i know what God's mercy is still present upon him since he's still been attending mass. however, i know that as soon as he turns 18 he will stop going and live a party lifestlye, leaving his christian roots behind. im very conerned because i don't want him to go to hell. anysuggestions that might make him change his mind?

after being on the religion and spirituality section for a couple of days, some atheists have pointed some things out to me that have changed the way i think. i have been a devout catholic all my life, and deep down in my heart, i know God is there. i mean, just look around you. God is everywhere! however, some things in the bible are just so mean. it's like the new testament and old testament are completely different. this seems so strange to me that is bringing me all the way to questioning my faith. i SERIOUSLY need some christian advice on this one! thanks you all SO MUCH!

I also lost my Great Uncle Harvey a couple months back. we were very close. i can't really put my finger on why, but it's like his passing has really shown me that death is very real, and that he's is actually gone. it just seems so weird to me. so weird that it makes me doubt that he's watching me from heaven. im sorry if this paragraph is a little foggy, but i don't know how better to put it.

whenever i warn someone at my school that they'll go to hell at the rate they're going, (rate equals distance over time), they always get all defensive. i tell them that all they have to do is accept Christ and they have mine and His forgiveness, but they continue to deny the Lord our God. why are they being so ignorant?!?

Okay so I started my fishless cycle 3-4 weeks ago. My tank has been going along smoothly. I feel that my nitrite is too high. There are NO fish in my 20 gallon aquarium currently. Yes, the heater, filter, and air stone are constantly running 24/7.

My tank reads (with API Master Freshwater Test Kit)

Ammonia:0 ppm (falls from 3ppm to 0ppm in about 7 hours)

Nitrite: 8-9 ppm

Nitrate: 150 ppm

I know that my water is a toxic wasteland. My nitrites are stuck and have not flucuated at all for 4-5 days. I do not know what to do. Some say they have done a 50% water change, others say this is normal. I am using pure ammonia to cycle the tank, 3ppm doses three times a day (at 6 am, 3pm, and 10pm)

Hi I set up my 20 gallon two weeks ago, I began my fishless cycle four days ago. My ammonia is good, I shook it hard (no foam or bubbles) on the back it says it contains ammonia, water, and quality control agents.

My tank water has been cloudy for a while now. It might be because I did not wash my gravel and decor thoroughly.

Also I have a thin layer of bubbles on top of my water (not foam) and they go away when my air stone is turned off. They are white but it is just a thin layer.
