I can find how to cite a website in the "Reference" section in the APA 6th ed. and all over the internet but NOT how to actually cite the website IN the paper.

There's no author, common websites, can label with "para. 4" or somesuch if necessary BUT how do I insert it in the paper correctly please?

I had root canal and a temporary filling. The tooth broke and something was poking out of the hole so I pulled it out. It was a little piece of cloth! I know dentists put a disinfectant "dressing" of some sort in the whole but it looks like a tiny piece of rag! Is this normal?

I just found out my boyfriend of two years hasn't told his ex-wife we live together. He doesn't like to "make waves" with her and will do almost anything to keep peace with her. I know there's lots of issues here and I also just found out that his friends don't know either. He said it just hasn't come up but I don't think it is at all normal for a middle aged man to keep a live-in girlfriend a secret from EVERYONE he knows except his parents. At first I just thought he was socializing with people from their marriage and I wasn't invited but now that he has gone to people's home for many holidays, and his ex-wife is usually there, I don't think I was invited because they didn't know I EXIST! You better believe I'm royally p----ed!
