we thought our clients platform scale has error hence we have 30 standard weight ( each 50 kg) equal to 1.5 MT to them to verify their scale by these standard weight. we checked the scale by gradually increasing the weight from 50 kg to 1500 kg in steps of 50 KG. we found that their scale was showing 1 kg less after 200 KG and then after 900 KG it was showing 2 kg less till 1.5 MT.

Our average weight of each reel is 0.8 to 1.5 MT. But still it is showing 5 to 10 kg short in some cases and mostly between 3 kg to 6 kg. we are now trying to focus on the fact that there should be some variance due to the fact the weight is measured on a different scale?

We know that gasses turn into Liquid when either reduce temperature or increase pressure. But when these pressure and temperature then they should convert back into gases. But is there any gas which do not change their state from liquid to Gasses?

I am an manager In a Manufacturing Company . At my work place I have seen that we have to handle various Kind of Information. Some of them are linked. I wish to learn some database management Software which can make ne capable of designing making a small database for me where I can store many information. For Example List of inquiry, Price list , Quotation given, sales analysis, simple accounting, sales deta, contact numbers etc.

Please help me to suggest what shall I learn. I tried to Learn Microsoft access But I found that I have to learn how to design a working database.. so I stopped. Is there any tutorial available online?

I want to know for a Type 2 Diabetic Person what would be the difference in Blood Glucose Level before and after Taking 150 ml of Tea with full cream Milk ( 50 ml milk in a 150 ml Tea) without added sugar? Is dependent on the Sugar level at the time to taking Tea?

In 19th Century India was a British Colony. British tried to distort indian History and culture. Indian people were not united. they were less educated and very poor also. British Govt systimatically tried to kill the self esteem of Indians.

Even under such circumstances we produced Great Indians Like Vivekanand, Ramkrishn Paramhans, dayanand saraswati, Dada bhai naoroji, mahatma gandhi, Iswarchand vidyasager, sardar Patel , Jawajhar lal nehru, Lal bahadur sastri, subhas chandrbose , jagdeesh chandra bose, rabindranath tagore, bal gangadhar Tilak and many more. Somany Leaders in one century.

then why we cannot make such leaders now? we are more advanced now. Can anybody give techically correct answer?

In year 2009 Newsweek published a report that most of the American has started thinking like Hindu. The Report was based on a survey made in USA about religious belief of American people. The report said that 75 % of US people say that although they are Christian but they believe that there are other way to get God out of church. These findings are different that what Christianity teaches. So they are becoming pluralistic in their religious believes. My question is, “why it is happening”. Why is it so that they are shifting from their old belief system. What has changed in this world which made them think like that? Is it because they find Hinduism Philosophy as logically more correct? Or because, since India is progressing they have more interest in Indian culture than before?

I have seen that even people who have been educated in very high esteemed education Institution have basic weakness in their personality which they are not supposed to have. For example;

1. When you abuse them they react and answer in counter attack.

2. People are quick in blaming other.

3. Highly educated people always hate peers. They always want to be on Top alone. They also get indulge into politics

4. Most of the time high educated people work like managers and not leaders.

5. People are selfish: All action of high educated person is centered toward how to gain something for them. Whether it is popularity, respect, or money. On the other hand I understand that high education should kill selfishness. Make people to love everybody. And give without expecting rewards. You will say that high value comes from family culture but the high family culture should also come from education. In fact in a family also a child gets education. Then why it is not possible to get in school?

I strongly feel that there is something missing in the way we get educated. Do we need to change it. If yes then how. Please give ideas if you have.
